King Bed in master and 2 bedroom has a queen and a full bed . Extra full mattress(not air ) and double queen air mattress in closet . Also bunks hidden in a hall closet away from rest of house . 7 miles to Gasperilla island state park where the beaches are heavenly and 5 miles to englewood beach . 15 minute drive to both beaches . Public pool 3 miles for $3 . Orlando 2 1/2 hours . East coast 3 hours . Tampa 1 hour . Florida keys is 5 hours . Adventure island waterpark 1 hour . North port aquatic waterpark 30 min . Chain restaurants 20 min. In port Charlotte.
Boat rentals , dolphin cruises , sunset cruises , parasailing , jet skis 15 min in englewood . Sarasota 40 min . Linens , towels, beach towels , beach chairs , bikes included to use while staying . Nice big lanai and back yard backs to a golf coarse . It’s only one hole so not that busy at all . Nice private back yard . Plenty of tiki
Bars near . Punta gorda has fisherman’s village for shopping , restaurants and tikis also . Playgrounds within walking distance . Trails and paths in the neighborhood. Places

Lovely Pool Home in Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed for two months and found the home to be just what we needed for a relaxing getaway from the Minnesota cold! Really enjoyed the heated pool and nearby biking trail. We felt at home with everything we needed, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Lynn was very responsive and a great host. We would definitely recommend!

Visiting Family for Christmas

We were in the area visiting family for Christmas. The house was a peaceful landing pad for us in between tourists activities and time and my sister's house. Thanks for a great stay!

West coast retreat

My family and I had a memorable time, and really enjoyed the pool. The ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. The location was near several activities with a short drive. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact.

Amazing Trip

The property was amazing, owner was in communication with me the entire time and pool was great! Kids loved everything about the house. A lot of beach items to use as well!

Cute house, great pool and awesome location!

Great house in close proximity to several beaches. Of course, Boca Grande is our absolute favorite. The pool/patio are was fabulous and we loved having a fenced yard for our pup. However, the grass looked as if it hadn’t been cut in a while. Thankfully, there was a mower in the garage and my husband didn’t mind mowing so our girl could find her tennis ball when playing fetch! The home itself was clean and well-appointed. Lynn was a gracious host and even messaged to make sure we hadn’t left an item that the cleaning crew found after our departure. I Would definitely recommend this home and hope to return in the future!

Perfect setup! 10/10

We loved our stay at this house. We have rented three houses in the last year in Rotonda. This has been the best! House was homey, and pool was awesome with the sunning ledge. We also enjoyed watching the golfers and the wildlife. We would definitely book this house again.

We Love this Home

We were very comfortable and had all we needed for our month long stay. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a real bonus for our Golden Retriever. We will definitely be booking again.

Relaxing Place to Stay

The whole house exudes a peaceful feeling as soon as you step into it. Very clean with ocean themed decor gets you in the mood to hit the beach. We tried out Lynn's reccommendation of Boca Grande Beach. Oh my what a lovely beach with lots of shells and shark's teeth. Turned out to be our fave of the 3 beaches we visited. The house is located in a quiet community close to many amenities.

Wonderful home - Amazing Hosts

The house was very well kept. Items in the home were easily found when needed. Lynn was absolutely amazing as a host! If we had any questions or concerns she was quick to reply with an answer and/or solution. We will definitely be back as we have family in the area that makes this home absolutely perfect for everyone!

Perfect get away

The pool was beautiful and kept the kids without a dull moment. The house was accommodating and plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. Beaches close by. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

We got married in 1984 and we raised 5 beautiful daughters . We are grandparents to 14 grandchildren . While running our gymnastics business and my husband managing an excavating company .
We finally retired but still manager our gymnastics business and manage three Vrbo accommodations. We plan to travel and make the most of retirement but we always have to come back to see our girls and our grandchildren .
