The light flooded apartment has 1 bedroom with box spring bed 180x200, a very large built-in wardrobe and 1 TV (40 inches) with stereo radio function.
In the very large living and dining area there is a fitted kitchen, dining table with bench and 4 chairs, a sofa bed, side tables, fireplace and another TV (48 inches) with stereo radio.
In the hallway you have a built-in wardrobe, consisting of wardrobe, mirror and shoe cabinet, available. The bathroom with a window to the port or the city center has a large and bright shower with overhead shower, hand shower, tiled bench and a glazed door.

From noon to sunset, a 33 square meter terrace with seating lounge, two deckchairs and an awning (3 m x 6 m) with wind sensor invites you to relax. The awning also has a 1m long and adjustable by remote control valance. Thus, the apartment offers in the summer months another, complete living space. On hot summer days, a private outdoor water connection ensures quick cooling.

On cool days, make yourself comfortable in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace. The flames can be viewed from two sides and provide a comfortable climate throughout the living area.

Directly in front of the entrance to the apartment is the marina promenade with bakery and various shops and restaurants.
Whether marina, beach, pier, fishing port or downtown, everything is within walking distance.
For travelers with a car there is an apartment underground parking space available.
