Vacation apartment/apartment for 6 guests with 104m² in Heiligenhafen (77410)
The apartment "24-Four Seasons" is the perfect holiday home over 2 floors for all seasons on the Baltic Sea.
From the terrace and the 2 balconies you can enjoy the view of Baltic Sea, marina and lake. Also inside is offered on 104 m² everything for a relaxing holiday for all sorts of "holiday types" and weather conditions. There is no boredom here!
Perfectly located: The location in the resort is superb: 1 minute to the bakery, 5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the marina, 10 minutes to downtown.
Everything thought: The furnishings of the apartment was paid exclusively to high quality brand products.
Fantastic sleep: This applies especially to the equipment of the bedroom. High-quality box sping beds from the company aupig with 2 degrees of hardness each and a comfort lying area of 180x210 cm are just as natural as the cuddly 4-season upper beds of the brand Traumina and oversize 155x220 cm. Pillows that can be individually adjusted in height are also available for your optimal sleeping comfort.
View: The view from the terrace goes to the marina. Upstairs, the view from two bedrooms or the protected inner balcony also on or over the marina to Graswarder. From the bedroom / balcony on the other side is the view of the lake.
The kitchen is abundantly equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils.
A stove provides on cooler days in the adjacent living area for pleasant warmth.
For the cooler season and for sauna fans there is a sauna in the apartment.
For fitness fans, one room is equipped with high quality exercise equipment (waterrrower, slimbeam, dumbbells).
Four televisions and two DVD / Blu-Ray players with once Apple TV and of course Wi-Fi ensure on the technical side that there is nothing left to be desired.
