Modern 5 * Thatched Cottage in an exposed location

Cozy, new holiday home in a top location.
The house is located on the quiet side of the beach resort in Heilgenhafen with a view of the 5 * Marina Yachthafen (50 m, south-west), the open Baltic Sea (150m, east) and the natural grasswarder (west). This allows you to enjoy extraordinary views in three directions across the various terraces and windows.
There is a large living area with attached separate kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a sauna and a gas fireplace. In addition to the two comfortably furnished bedrooms, there is a TV room with a view of the marina and a reading corner on the upper floor. From the master bedroom you can look directly at the well-known pier of Heiligenhafen and the beach (about 200 m)

Special features

The house is fully equipped with high quality box spring beds in two bedrooms, and a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in a separate TV room. There are 2 bathrooms + sauna. On the two terraces you have the choice between beach chairs, sun loungers or chairs, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The kitchen is located in a separate room and invites with a generous glazing and a small bar to stay and enjoy a cup of coffee.
For comfortable evenings there is a remote-controlled gas fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere at the push of a button.
The house has been awarded 5 * and offers all imaginable extras. A washer-dryer, a safe for valuables and an espresso machine are a matter of course. Of course you park your car directly at the house.

Super Lage

Ausstattung alles da und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super kaum Spaziergänger, dadurch kann man in Ruhe draußen sitzen und genießen.

Unfassbar tolle Unterkunft

Wir sind mit drei Generationen im Haus gewesen und alle haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat einen hohen Standard. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage ist toll. Sehr ruhig und die kurze Entfernung zum Strand ist einfach super.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil in toller Lage

Wir haben als Familie (Oma & Opa, Mama & Papa & Kleinkind) eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles ist so wie beschrieben, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und sauber und liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf den Yachthafen. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen... in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder am Hafen oder in der Innenstadt mit den vielen Restaurants und Läden. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und die Check-In-Abwicklung mit dem Büro vor Ort war unkompliziert und freundlich. Und das Sahnehäubchen war, dass auch das Wetter hervorragend mitgespielt hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Zeit in einer super Unterkunft

Wir waren zu vier Freundinnen vor Ort und haben eine tolle Zeit in den Haus verbracht. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie im Internet beschrieben und auch auf den Bildern dokumentiert. Wir sagen nur Daumen hoch und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus super zentral

Meine Familie und ich waren zum 80. Geburtstag meiner Schwiegermutter da. Ich hatte diesen Anlass nur kurz fallen lassen und es stand ein Geburtstag - Gruß da, total aufmerksam. Danke, danke, danke. Sehr netter Empfang am 07.02. beim Schlüssel abholen. Haus super ausgestattet, für uns immer wichtig Küchenausstattung und die war top, Brotmesser, Obstmesser, zwei verschiedengroße Siebe.... Die Zimmer toll, Bett super bequem. Man konnte von dem Haus aus Ostsee und den Yachthafen sehen. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Schön gelegen - Entspannung garantiert

Wir hatten mit 3 Generationen 2 schön entspannte Wochen im August. Das Haus ist schön geräumig und super ausgestattet. Die Betten bequem und selbst eine Kindergrundausstattung (Bett und Hochstuhl) sind vorhanden. Wahrscheinlich sind wir nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen.
