Casa Tobalu in Mallorca near the beach

Spectacular house located a few meters from the Beach in the Colonia de Sant Jordi, passing one of the typical lakes in the region with its white conical salt mountains, carefully detailed and perfectly equipped.



In the front garden with beautiful roses and bougainvilleas is the elevated terrace of the apartment. In the morning, the sun shines on this side of the house and accompanies it from the beginning of the day, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The living room is bright and has two double doors to the terrace. The adjacent kitchen offers plenty of space to cook together on the gas stove and a dining table. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are all in the back of the house. At the end of the corridor, a second terrace opens up, where the sun rises in the afternoon. On this second terrace is the cozy barbecue area with a grill and rest area, ideal for barbecue lovers.



The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (cold/hot).



The location is perfect since the sea is just around the corner (130 meters) and two beautiful beaches are a short distance away (900 meters or 1000 meters on foot). Even the world-famous natural beach Es Trenc can be walked along the coast or driven to in just a few minutes to enjoy its incredible crystal-clear waters and white sand. In this region of the island, you have a wide variety of beaches with a Caribbean touch. A trip to the east coast is also worth it, with its fishing villages and unique Calas.

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights, 6 people and one baby. Everything was great!

The owner is very polite and welcoming. Apartment was clean and absolutely everything we needed (even toys for a baby). Location is great. 5 minutes walking from restaurants, 7 minutes from a beautiful beach. But still it was quiet at nights, and no one disturbed us during the stay. Everyone enjoyed it very much! We will definitely come back here next time!

Very well situated, perfectly equipped apartament

Very big, clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen equipped with EVERYTHING, all possible kitchen aids, that surprised me a lot ! Location is perfect. In walking distance you can get to beatifull beaches , shops, restaurants, bars, walking paths - whatever you need. We also had near parking place - just in front of the house. Host is super nice and friendly. We got money back from deposit effectivley in 2 days! I really suggest this apartament for families with kids! Thanks!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser geräumigen, blitzsauberen Unterkunft

Toll waren die beiden Terassen, insbesondere die vordere, wo man sehr gemütlich frühstücken konnte. Auch die Küche war sehr geräumig, komplett ausgestattet und bot alles, was man zum kochen benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns einen freundlichen, humorvollen Emfang bereitet. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Tobalu Haus

wir hatten sehr viel Platz mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Marga ist eine überaus freundliche Gastgeberin,kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben die ruhige und entspannte Umgebung auch sehr genossen, die Strände und Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar und ein großer Spielplatz um die Ecke.

Es war so ein toller Urlaub und mit abstand die schönste Wohnung die wir bisher auf Mallorca hatten. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll und hat sogar zwei Bäder, das macht es sehr entspannt da mit mehreren Personen zu sein. Die Küche ist super Ausgestattet und das es sogar eine Waschmaschine gibt ist ein toller Bonus. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, 150m bis man an den Holzsteg / ans Meer kommt, von da aus kann man super schön entweder bis zum Strand oder bis zum Hafen laufen. Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte direkt. Ett bra och fint boende precis som det framgår i beskrivningen. Nära till stränder och bra restauranger. Nära till strandpromenad för att motionera eller promenera. Finns flera stränder med gångavstånd. Rekommenderar detta boende.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. In weniger als 5 min ist man am Wasser und auch an der Promenade. Die Wohnung bietet auch mehreren Urlaubern ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist auch mit allem was man benötigt gut ausgestattet. Auch die Betreuung war sehr angenehm durch Frau Margalida....

Der Empfang war sehr herzig und die Dame sehr sehr freundlich!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut . Leider sind die Bäder in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir gerne mal in den deutschen Fernseh Sender schauen waren wir sehr enttäuscht das dies auch nicht ging! Die Küche würde auch eine Renovierung vertragen.

Super schöne Wohnung in toller Stadt

Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 6 Leute und hat alles was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos, sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt und die Besitzerin ist mehr als hilfsbereit uns sorgt für einen einzigartigen Urlaub. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia muchísimo, la casa es muy acogedora, muy bien equipada. Su situación es excepcional, todo los tenemos cerca, cala, playa, zona de bares y tiendas. La dueña Margalida es un encanto, muy atenta, muy amable, un placer haberla conocido. Volvería sin pensarlo una y mil veces. Gracias por todo!

Große Wohnung, gut ausgestattet

Die Wohung war sehr großzügig und sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und auch für unseren kleinen Nachwuchs war alles da. Badestelle nur 100 m entfernt, zum Strand muss man allerdings etwas laufen oder mit dem Auto fahren.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub genossen! Wir haben das Haus mit unseren beiden Kindern und der Großmutter gemietet. Es ist komfortabel und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Der Standort war insofern toll, als dass es eine ruhige Gegend von Mallorca ist, aber wir vieles unternehmen konnten ohne weit zu fahren. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind einfach wunderschön und wir haben viele gemütliche Spaziergänge gemacht während die Kinder sich im Sand austoben konnten. Im September kann man auch noch toll im Meer baden! Wir empfehlen das Haus jedem, der einen entspannten Urlaub in traumhaft schöner Umgebung zu einem vernünftigen Preis machen will.
