Casa La Karina - an idyll on the mountain Montgo

Welcome to our holiday home on the picturesque Montgo mountain! The holiday home is situated in a very quiet and idyllic location.

The house is 90m2 with a terrace and a balcony and has about 70m2 living space.
On the ground floor there is the dining and living area, the kitchen, a utility room and a guest toilet. The couch is extendable and could sleep an additional 2 guests. There is also air conditioning on the ground floor. In the simply equipped kitchen you will find an espresso maker for the cooker and a French press, tea, enough crockery, cutlery, pots, spices, salt, sugar.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. Ideally sleep up to three adults in the house (3 real beds) or a family with two children. There is a single bed in the smaller bedroom. If a second child wants to stay overnight, you can pull another mattress out from under the bed in this bedroom. The bathroom with tub on the upper floor is directly adjacent to the larger bedroom, which has a double bed (180x200m) and a large balcony with fantastic views of the mountain and the pool. There is a new air conditioning system in the large bedroom and a stand fan in the small bedroom. Fast wifi is of course also available for you.

Children are very welcome! As we use this holiday home ourselves with our two children, we are happy to provide the following items free of charge for our guests with children: Travel cot for children (120x60) with a 10cm high and continuous mattress, play box, high chair for infants from 8 months-4 years, lots of toys for the beach and pool ( a swimming ring with an insert for babies), children's crockery and cutlery.

Service charges:

The house has a one-off service charge of 140 euros, this includes: On-site service by our house manager (she shows you into the house and is your contact person for questions during your holiday, final inspection and refund of deposit). Our German house manager gives you a cleanliness guarantee.

A linen package costs 18 euros per person (towels, bed linen, tea towels).

Electricity is included at 100 KW/h per week. This is a normal consumption for 4 persons. Each additional kilowatt hour is charged at 0.35 ct. extra.

If you arrive on Sunday and after 9 pm, please pay a flat rate of € 25 to the house manager on site.

Relax total

Este alojamiento es excepcional si buscas relajarte. La zona de jardín y piscina un 10. La casa está bastante bien, con todo lo necesario. Pero hay que asegurarse antes bien de los precios que no están incluidos (limpieza, luz) en el desglose que presenta Vrbo.

Zeer slechte service!!!

Het begon al bij de reservering waar Anne Wild, de duitse eigenaresse ons benaderde op een zeer respectloze manier. Ze had nog zoveel vragen en eisen terwijl we al hadden aanbetaald dat de reservering afgebroken werd. Zij stelde voor het direkt via haar te reserveren om geld te besparen. Wij wilden dat niet. De sleutelvrouw Carmen wilde bij aankomst meteen 150 euro cash voor de eindschoonmaak en service? Het vertrek was zeer rommelig want Carmen liet haar jonge werkster meteen zuigen terwijl wij nog de laatste spullen naar de auto brachten. Ze gooide haar spullen tussen de onze waardoor er een onoverzichtelijke situatie was ontstaan en wij dus geen goede nacontrole konden doen en na 500 km bedachten dat we de tas met de paspoorten waren vergeten. Meteen geregeld dat onze vriendin in Denia deze kon ophalen en voor verzending zou zorgen maar het was donderdag en Carmen zei dat ze geen tijd had maar maandag toch in het huis moest zijn omdat er nieuwe gasten kwamen. Nadat onze vriendin een Spaanse en zakelijke brief had gestuurd kwam ze erop terug en konden de paspoorten de volgende dag worden opgehaald. Fouten in de advertentie: casa la Karina is er niet. Het is urbanisatie La Karina. Cama Roja moet zijn Cama Roja 22 L Denia. Wij moesten zoeken en vragen aan andere bewoners. Er is geen espresso machine. Wij kregen na 5 dagen eindelijk een koffiezetapparaat! Teveel troep van de eigenaresse in het huis!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa. Tanto Anne como Carmen son encantadoras y nos han ayudado si lo hemos necesitado. La ubicación y las instalaciones son perfectas. Casita en recinto tranquilo

La casa muy acogedora, con infinidad de utensilios domésticos. Recinto con piscina precioso, la terraza con acceso directo a la piscina y con vistas al Montgó. Ideal para desconectar. La única pega es que los encargados apenas hablaban castellano, lo que dificultaba la comunicación.
