This sophisticated gem, prime location near art museum, restaurants, shops whole-food market and walkable access to Montclair's active commercial district. Block away from MC hotel. Quiet residential neighborhood with off-street parking. This house is newly renovated, kitchen is fully stocked and new appliances all throughout. And has everything you need to have an enjoyable home-away-from home stay - with a living room, 2 BR's and 1 full BA.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.

This apartment has 2 bedroom with one king size bed and one queen size bed. Kitchen, living room and bathroom all private.

Guest can access everything that is not locked.

My wife and I will be readily accessible to ensure your needs are met. We love good communication and while we will respect your privacy, will be available to answer any questions you may have.

About 40 Restaurants, several bars and theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all literally just a few min walk distance. The apt has a great space, a private entrance, private bathroom, amazing decor, parking and more.
Places to visit in Montclair NJ, Montclair art museum, Van Vleck house and gardens, Tierney's Tavern bar and live music and much more what downtown has to offer all at walking distance.

We make one parking spot available for the guest. Also Montclair has 5 train stations and direct bus to NYC.

Our house has cameras for your and our security. House is located in a very safe and family oriented area. So please do not disturb the neighbors
Please no partying in the house including no loud music or noise.Please leave the place the way you found it, extra cleaning extra charges. Do not flush paper towels in the toilet. No smoking in the house or on the property. Please park your car in the back parking lot, as Montclair don’t make fun in giving parking tickets. Enjoy your stay. People under the age of 25, we will be needing a security deposit of $1000, as we had a bad experience in past. Deposit is fully refunded once there is no damage.

Wonderful stay, responsive host

We stayed in Montclair to visit family over long weekend. The host was very responsive to our questions (no problems with the place, we just had questions about parking/check in, which were actually all answered in the materials sent ahead of time!) The clean And bright apartment was a very short, walk to downtown, great location. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, modern one bedroom apartment. It's in a great location on a dead end street. Whole Foods is right next store. Would definitely consider staying there again on my next visit to Montclair.

Amazing Apartment + Great Location

The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need for your stay. Sandeep is really helpful and responsive. The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and anything you need plus right next to whole foods which was so convenient. I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Location and Renovation

Enjoyed this location; able to walk to get groceries and eat out. Didn’t need to rent a car. The apartment is nicely renovated. Just need to update living room sofa for a more comfortable stay and provide proper bedding for it.

Perfect Montclair location

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It is updated, clean with a well-supplied kitchen. It is a block walk to Whole Foods and downtown on a quiet, dead-end street. The host was very responsive to our questions/concerns and answered/rectified them immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely Montclair apartment

Very nice 1st floor apartment with comfortable furnishings, newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Great neighborhood within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. I’m a light sleeper and was awakened by the 2nd floor guests walking around upstairs in the early morning several days. Overall a lovely stay and I would stay again!

Montclair visit

Property is well maintained and clean. Very cozy and has all the amenities needed. Centrally located and near shops, restaurants and stores making it very convenient. Mr. Jain is the perfect host, easily accessible and communicates promptly. He also went out of his way to check in on my mom and aunt and assist them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Mr. Jain and we will certainly stay in your property should we be in the area again!

Great Location in Montclair

The place was as advertised, it was very clean, location was great with plenty of on-site parking. Parking in Montclair can be a challange so having a place to park was great. You can walk to Whole Foods, StarBucks and other eateries as well as the Montclair Art Museum and the Van Vleck Gardens. The street is a deadend and narrow so if someone parks across the street it is a little tricky to get in and out of the driveway but well worth having the spot to park.

Great location, great apartment, great host

Nice amenities and close to main drag of restaurants and shops. Whole Foods is just down the block. Easy walk to the train station to get to the City. When we had some issues with the door lock, Sandeep responded quickly and stopped by to solve the issue. The heater during our stay in late November was excellent. Easy parking behind the house. So cozy it was just like staying at home.

Very clean!!

Great place with stocked kitchen and bathroom. Apartment is the first floor of a larger home. Street was quiet and safe. Would highly recommend for a couple or single person.
