Perfect for families

We absolutely loved our stay at Rest Ashore! The location is perfection. The property managers were on top of everything and communicated quickly and kindly. The pool is a 90 degree dream that easily fit our entire family comfortably. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Great property - gated community and private beach

Little things were bothersome (not nearly enough paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags for a over a dozen people staying a week) but the location was great and the owners were extremely responsive when there were issues. Property was in great shape and loved the private beach for the community. We’d stay here again for sure!

Wonderful home and location

Perfect week at the beach. Rest Ashore was a wonderful home located perfectly near Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys but private enough to get away from it all. The kids loved the pool and 3rd floor as a getaway from the parents. Would highly recommend this home for families.

Fun in the Sun!

We had a great time relaxing and spending time with family at RestAshore! The accommodations were great for all 14 of us! We loved how close it was to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach, and the walk to the beach was short even for our young children. The pool was great too in that it was on the premises and just for us!

We had an amazing stay at Rest Ashore! Easy access to the beach as well as the shoppes of Rosemary and Seacrest! 20 minute drive to PCB for those super rainy days! Highly recommend!

This property has been an awesome find for our extended family. The bedroom setups work perfectly. We love the double fridges and the two tables on the main floor. They work so nice for games and projects for the kids and there’s still room for eating. The pool is a nice size. The walk to the beach is so easy and not overcrowded.

We had a fantastic time. The house was even better than shown in the photos with so much room. The waters edge community location can’t be beat! The beach access was so easy with 4 little boys. We will definitely be back!

Magnificent property

Property located in gated community close to the beach. Large pool at the property was cleaned twice during our stay. Our 5 year old could not get enough time in the pool. We loved everything about the house and our stay.

The VRBO pictures do not do this home justice. From the moment we entered this home we were smiling . There is plenty of downstairs space for 20 to sit and enjoy each other. The kitchen is large with two large refrigerators and stocked with more than most homes. The house is very clean and maintained with great AC and WIFI. We loved the larger pool which was clean as was patio. All is a straight 2 min walk to the beach . Out your back gate and straight path to gorgeous gulf waters. There are six nice sized bedrooms which sleep 20People if you share queen beds. We had no issues really . Any question was immediately answered by Jane. I could not ask for more. Even my husband was impressed. Even wine glasses offered were top shelf. Thank you Jane and Tim for sharing your home with our family. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the comfort your home offered. Bless you now and always.

Our favorite spot

We loved this house and owner! This is our 8th time in the area with young kids and we loved it for all the different age groups. Grandpa and grandma loved having the suite downstairs. The young kids liked the bunk room and the teens loved the upstairs "suite". The location couldn't be better to Rosemary Beach while also staying near the beach and having your own pool. We will stay here again!

Excellent Home and location

The home was large, clean, and in the best location. The heated pool was a hit for everyone. The older kids had their own floor, and the youngers were close enough to their parents but far enough from the adults. There is tons of space for dinners and guests! We will be back!

This property is perfect for extended families. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. We rarely got in our cars. The pool was perfect for the kids after hours at the beach. The bunk beds and game table all added to the children’s fun

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 15 stayed at Rest Ashore for a week Memorial Weekend 2023. They all asked if we could go back every year! The house was perfect in regards to rooms, nice sized pool and perfect location. The beautiful beach was a 1 minute walk and shops, stores, restaurants, rentals, pub, etc were across 30A from the neighborhood. Rosemary Beach is right next door. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again!

Thanksgiving week

We loved the house as it was so close to the beach and to downtown Rosemary. The bedrooms were great as they were roomy and comfortable. We have stayed in several homes in Rosemary, but the kitchen at Rest ashore was the best stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Our grandchildren loved the heated pool and did not want to get out! We definitely would stay here again. There were 14 of us and we all had plenty of room to move around. A great place to stay!

Wonderful beach rental

We love this neighborhood and house. Its a great location close to everything and the house is well maintained and comfortable for everyone. The owners are quick to respond to concerns. We have been going to 30A for the past 3 yrs and we will always try to stay in this neighborhood. If you have a large group, or just want a lot of space, this is the place for you! I highly recommend and we plan to book here again in the future!
