High quality and modern presents this apartment. Completed end of 2015 and suitable for 2-3 persons on approx. 54 m² living space.

The bright and cozy apartment - in which the living room, dining area and kitchen form a harmonious unit - also has a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The apartment is on the 1st OG and has 2 balconies (south and west).
Due to the central location in a quiet street you have reached in a few minutes on foot the village with bakeries, restaurants and shops or the beach.
The living area is equipped with LED TV, radio / DC micro system (USB, Bluethoth, i-pad / i-phone / i-pod playback) as well as a sofa bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. Wi-Fi is available. The fully equipped
Fitted kitchen has dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The spacious bathroom (with window) has a walk-in shower and modern bathroom furniture. The bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed (180x200 cm, comfort height), an HD TV, a clock radio with i-pod / i-phone dock and a wardrobe with safe.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Next is a travel cot and a highchair available. In the laundry room of the house there are washing machine and dryer (each with coin machine) for use.
In front of the house is a parking space and a communal bike shed. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Die Fewo war ganz gemütlich. Jedoch waren die Matrazenauflagen zu weich und und man konnte darauf nicht ruhig schlafen. Ansonsten war Alles okay.

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Kleinigkeit würden wir bemängeln. Wir hätten gerne dunklere Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer gehabt.

Osterurlaub Zingst

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, zentral und ruhig. Von der Größe, Ausstattung und von der Aufteilung her für zwei Personen auch sehr gut. Wir hatten Glück, dass die direkt gegenüberliegenden Jugendherberge noch geschlossen war, sonst wäre es wohl etwas lauter gewesen. Negativ waren die wenigen Steckdosen in allen Räumen, die fehlende Abstellmöglichkeit für Duchgel, Shampoo, etc. in der Dusche und die Schimmelbildung in der Dusche. Für kleine Leute sind die Hängeschränke in der Küche etwas zu hoch.
