The high-quality, end of 2015 lovingly furnished apartment is located in a prime location in the Baltic resort Zingst.
From there you can reach the beach, shopping facilities, gastronomic facilities, cultural institutions in a few minutes walk.
The living area is equipped with satellite TV, hi-fi system and a sofa bed and a dining table with 3 chairs.
Through the living room you can reach the 2 balconies (east and south orientation) with views in well-kept green. The modern fitted kitchen has u. a.over a compact oven with microwave.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and modern bathroom furniture. The bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed (180x200 cm). In the laundry room of the house there are washing machine and dryer (each with coin machine) for use.
A parking space and a shared bicycle shed are available in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
