My family of seven had a great time staying in the house. The property was clean and wonderful and fulfilled all of our expectations. All the rooms very comfortable and clean. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. The location was also very good, walking distance from restaurants', Spa and close to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was a home from home - everything you could need and more!We had a late arrival, we were met at the villa by a very helpful lady who showed us round. The beach was stunning, just make sure you go left not straight on as we were caught out by coming across lots of nudity!!

Wonderful villa equipped with everything you need, in a lovely quiet area. A great outdoor area with a fabulous pool, and a short walk to the campsite supermarket. The campsite restaurant, Origins, was well worth an evening visit (well, 2 actually), or there were a couple of other less formal establisments just at the top of the track to the beach. La Marina was also worth a 10 minute cycle ride where we had a super breakfast in one of the cafès. It was also nice to walk along the beach (about 30 mins) to have lunch in the beach restaurant, although it was very busy and noisy! The added bonus of a dip in the sea both on the way there and on the way back.Overall, couldn't fault it and we had a lovely holiday.

Outstanding!

A small problem on arrival with the electricity was rectified by the electric company, facilitated by Jutta, our friendly manager. After that, our stay in the villa was just fabulous and we have loved our time there very much. The facilities provide every convenience one could need, even a trolley to take towels and picnic to the beach. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Beautiful villa

This property is amazing, we didn't want to leave. It is close to shops and the beach, we did get a car so we could explore further but we would definitely book this again. Absolutely loved it!

Villa Bella lives up to it’s name!

Villa Bella La Marina delivered a fantastic family holiday, especially for our multi-generational group. The beautiful, sparkling pool was the absolute highlight, providing endless fun and relaxation for all ages.The lovely villa itself is perfectly appointed, boasting all the facilities you could need, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The Wi-Fi was perfect, strong and reliable throughout, which was a huge bonus for everyone.Crucially, this villa is ideal for multiple generations. With ample space and comfortable arrangements, it allowed us to enjoy quality time together while also providing plenty of room for individual relaxation.In short, Villa Bella La Marina offers a superb blend of comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful pool – highly recommended for an unforgettable family getaway!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay. The villa fully met our expectations. All necessities were present. Good air conditioning in the beautiful bedrooms. Sufficient towels and sunbeds. Bicycles to use and a beach cart with chairs and parasols for the beach. Excellent, lovely and well-maintained swimming pool. Beach within walking distance. Had a wonderful 10 days.

Perfect

Magnificent very modern property. Has everything you could need. Outdoor bbq and cooking area is especially excellent. Loads of room. 4 en-suite double bedrooms - large outdoor seating. Really great for families. Lovely walk to the beach. Highly recommend it.

This property was lovely and built to very high standards, and you couldn't fault it. However, we felt the location, to be too quiet and you definitely needed a car, unless you are happy to visit the same few restaurants that are within walking distance.

Fabulous House

This is a very nice property in La Marina. House is very well equipped and has a generous amount of smart technology. Handy to beach, restaurants , stores and cities. I managed to blow a fuse and the property manager swung by in minutes to help me reset it. We had a great assortment of cooking utensils and a gas as well as charcoal grill.

Our Second Stay at Villa Bella (Amazing)

This has now been our second stay at this fantastic villa, and I have to say the experience was equally as good. The villa (as you can from the photos) is of a high-end status, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, in a quiet location. The beach is a 10-minute walk, as is the supermarket (located by the waterpark). If you want to explore more, I recommend hiring a car (for us, it wasn't an issue). Overall, 10/10 for an amazing stay, perfect management and communication throughout, so much so, that we have already booked for 2025.

beautiful house in a beautiful location

Everything about this rental was fantastic! it's a clean, beautiful house (exactly as the online photos appear) that was set up to make everything simple for the renter. the host Gabriela was very responsive and pleasant to interact with throughout the booking process, our check in, and our stay. Yutta the local manager was wonderful about showing us around and getting us settled in. The location is great too - walkable to beach and stores but also good launching point for day trips to explore more of coastal Spain. Excellent in every way!!

The property is larger than you expect and very modern. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect and utterly relaxing. The location, for us, was great. Walkable to a shop, bars (where you could eat), and the beach. More shops and restaurants were just a short 5 min drive away.Each large bedroom had it's own bathroom, inc a seperate toilet on the ground floor. An added bonus for us, which we hadn't realised, was one of the bedrooms was also located on the ground floor. The roof terrace was perfect. We used it a lot for late evening gatherings - it was too hot to use at other times! My husband loved the outdoor kitchen and we enjoyed many BBQs.The garage was packed with bikes, scooters, pool toys, beach gear and a beach trolley - perfect for taking chairs, umbrellas (all in the garage) and other supplies to the beach. Contact with the host was very easy and they were quick to respond. We have stayed in many Vrbo properties all over the world and we all agreed that Villa Bella was one of the best!All in all, a perfect house for our family holiday. We were very sad to leave.

Beautiful villa

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. There were 7 of us and arriving here at 1am in the morning we were all amazed and stunned by the loveliness of everything!! Gabriela has set this up as a wonderful holiday villa which is well equipped, decorated to a high specification and has everything you need! She’s thought of everything! We hired a car which was useful - but you could easily stay there for a short holiday without one. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept well! It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Wonderful Villa !!

The Villa was exceptionally nice and very well maintained. When we had a slight issue the property manager was very quick and efficient. Location was good, however in a residential area which did attract some noisy children. They do have a habit of pushing the door buzzer late at night. Beach was 20 minutes away which was clean and tidy. 3 supermarkets within in 10 minutes drive. Overall very good highly recommended.

Holiday August 2021

This villa was incrediable as was the communication with the owber. This was booked during covid and therefore, a lot of changes were made to timings etc. with flights being cancelled and chnaged. The owner was fantastic with responding to my messages very quickly and being very accomodating to changes on timnings etc. The villa was perfect, so clean, great style and very modern. Netflix to keep the kiddies entertained and and a beautifyul pool. Loads of toys for the kids. If you are lookign for a villa in spain this is the one for you...

5 star villa

The villa was stunning and clean , the villa is very modern and is perfect for a family getaway. The villa was well equiped and like home from home , and decorated to a high standard. Pool outside was spotless and great for cooling down after a hot day. The villa is well secured with cameras . We didnt have a car but was only a 5 minute walk to the resort which had restaurants, bars, evening entertainment, spa, crazy golf, and well stocked supermarket. All 4 bedrooms were ensuite and spacious . Plenty off pool towels so you dont need to take any off your own. Other guests had left kitchen essentials, salt pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar etc. There is a garage and filled with bikes, scooters, games, balls, pool inflatables, beach buggy was very handy for taking to the supermarket to carry food and water . The beach is a 10 minute walk from the villa or you can get the trolley from the resort . There are buses from the resort to take you into alicante. The villa was a 25 minute journey from alicante airport and cost €60 . We were a family of 6 and had a fantastic holiday , would highly recommend. If you have any problems gabriela the owner answers you back straight away with any advice you need . Only disappointment we had that 1 week wasn't enough wish we had stayed for 2 weeks 😊

The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool area is beautiful. The only down side for us was the lack of local taxis after 11pm - if you dont have a hire car and are venturing out further afield - make sure you have your homeward journey booked. Had two outstanding meals at El Fronton restaurant - which is just a 5 minute walk from the Villa. The local beach is a 15 minute walk away and is outstanding - white sand, warm blue sea - immaculate and unspoilt !

Wunderschöner Urlaub an dem nichts gefehlt hat

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren als Freundesgruppe von 8 Personen da und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Ausstattung war noch besser als erwartet: Strand- und Pooltücher, Badeutensilien, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und vieles mehr. Es war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer einfach und sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage in der Nähe von Supermärkten und dem fußläufig erreichbaren Strand war toll. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich!

Sommerurlaub mit der Familie

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus war sauber, einfach perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Schlafzimmer, alle mit Badezimmer. Der Pool war ein Highlight für alle Familienmitglieder ink. Kleinkind. Die Grillecke/Aussenküche hat uns ebenso sehr gefallen. Der Weg zum Strand ca. 12 Min. Dank der Bollerwagen konnte man Schirme und Stühle problemlos transportieren ohne diese tragen zu müssen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern oder mit Jutta vor Ort hat immer super geklappt. Vielen Dank für die tollen Ferien die wir bei euch verbringen durften!!

Sommerurlaub

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Familie Toenges hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und bei Fragen waren Jutta, die Haushälterin oder Frau bzw. Herr Toenges sofort zur Stelle. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Très belle semaine en famille

Très jolie maison moderne, équipée en tout genre (clim, pergolas, tout pour la plage -chariot, parasol, velo, jeux pour enfants...) La literie est très confortable, salle de bain privative et equipee partout. Gabriela qui fait son possible pour accueillir au mieux au niveau des horaires, merci! Isabel a fait un travail super dans le nettoyage et l'entretien de la maison (savons partout, liquide vaisselle, linge a disposition propre, alèses pour les enfants...) Jutta nous a tres bien accueillis et conseillés. 2 caisses de jeux (construction livre etc) pour les enfants Quelques poeles plus grandes seraient souhaitables car les petites ne sont pas détectées par l'induction mais sinon franchement tres belle semaine à 15min a pied de la plage, entourée de dunes et piscine privative!

Fabulous villa

A five star villa - so well equipped with all modern cons. The only downside was that we spent most of our 10 days at the Villa as it is so easy to laze around the pool chatting, reading, drinking & eating rather than exploring the neighbourhood. However we all felt thoroughly rejuvenated after our holiday. Thank you to the owners & Jutta for a wonderful stay.
