Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. peaceful serenity

Other than not being able to get in the condo because of the wrong code that was provided and after a few days and several phone calls we received a new 4 digit code - we used the key in the lock box but even that was not easy - other than that the condo was clean, 2 full bathrooms - washer and dryer, beautiful view of ocean in spite of being across the street, quiet - nice view of canal and morning siting of dolphins. it was nice sitting down by the canal w the local pelican, walking across the street to private beach everyday was awesome, seeing dolphins and seeing sunset every day was incredible. However no key was provided for woman's bathroom down by the pool and no key was provided in case the log in pad wasn't working to enter lobby to get to elevator. Speaking to other residents a key should have been provided for both woman's bathroom by pool and to enter lobby in case code pad was down. no issues with that but if their had been we would of not been able to get in to the lobby to go up elevator. A few minor issues that easily can be solved. My husband and I loved the area - kitchen was fully functional - so saved money cooking several nights and looking out and seeing the ocean made cooking more bearable 😎. It would be perfect for small family bc the bunk beds in 2 nd bedroom are double but couldn't see 2 adults in one bunk bed. The screened in deck is wonderful at night - no bugs. my husband and I loved it and we are already booked for next year.

Nice stay with issues

The facilities and location of the condo was good. The property management is Vacasa of Florida. The actual owner is not reachable, which would have been very important with the problems that arose. Our stay was from 05/27-06/10 On the day of arrival at 5pm we still had no information about the access details to the condo. My husband tried to resolve the issue with Vacasa by phone, this took about 40 minutes. Only then did we get the access code for the front gate and the condo. In the condo there was no information at all about the local conditions e.g. what are the keys for that were in the kitchen, how to deal with the garbage .... We tried to clarify these things with Vacasa the very next day, which unfortunately succeeded after many attempts. After talking to other guests and owners in the building, it was clear that we should have had a key for private beach access. We had a key but it did not fit as the lock was broken due to hurricane Ian. Sandcastle management had replaced the lock and everyone else in the building also had a new key except us. We kept complaining about this problem but they did not take it seriously and eventually no one responded. After a week the dryer broke. We wrote to Vacasa again. After four days when we came back from the beach we found that someone was in the condo without our knowledge! No way!!! I could write as much again, but I think that is enough to get an impression that Vacasa unfortunately has no interest at all in helping the guest

Beautiful Stay!

The location of this condo is perfect. Views of the lagoon/channel from the kitchen/front of the condo and the lanai views of the Gulf can simply never get old. We met some of the home owners that lived in the community as well and they were all so sweet and helpful. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals for a family. The pantry even had some items that we were able to use. Washer and Dryer was a great feature and was also stocked. Bathrooms had some items that you might need. They even provided all the beach equipment you could possibly need. Myself, my husband and our two daughters stayed here so there was plenty of room for us all. The twin size beds are a bit softer than my children are used to, so they weren't the MOST comfortable but they managed. The king sized bed in the master was a little more firm but could probably use an upgrade. It wasn't the worst bed though. Comfortable enough for our stay but would've been great to have something a little more comfy. The condo even had games, movies, puzzles, etc., for a family to enjoy. Plenty of towels. The list goes on, honestly. A great stay! We are already planning on booking again! Had some bumps in the road initially with getting in contact with Vacasa with any questions or issues, but once we did hear back, Tina was extremely kind, helpful and responsive! We can't wait to return for another family vacation asap!
