The community has a pool, hot tub, pickleball, and putting green literally steps from the door as well as a lovely walking path, and hiking trails. This little remodeled gem has large East and South facing windows with mountain /canyon vistas, new cozy kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, HV/AC, a built in swivel TV and electric fireplace. Separate full size office has desk, printer and Wifi. It's located just 3.8 miles from the BEACH, 35 minutes from the San Diego Airport. It's only about 30 minutes to everywhere that's fun!! Sea World, the SD Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Botanical Gardens, Wineries all right here. Even the gorgeous Palomar Mountain is one hour twenty minutes away. Just minutes to shopping, banks, coffeeshops, and restaurants without even getting on a freeway! This unique end unit has a single car garage and driveway for parking for up to 3 additional cars for visitors! Golf pass available for a nominal fee. We're happy to share all the best places, and the off-the-beaten-path spots too.
Why they chose this property
This Condo has much to offer. First: views. Peaceful views. Beautiful sunrises and glorious evenings. Second: it's clean and cozy, yet spacious. Three bedrooms (one is an office) and two baths. It's really lovely. Third: Golf, swimming, pickle ball, hiking, beach, 30 minutes to almost everything. There's the coast, wineries, Sea World, SD Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Racetrack, shopping, hiking. Even the gorgeous Palomar Mountain is only about an hour inland and well worth the drive!
What makes this property unique
People who stay don't want to leave! They love it. It's a 55+ community so it is quiet. It's a golf course community, so there is a lot of open space around. It's a single level building so no upstairs neighbors or noise! ...And the neighbors are great! It's peaceful, it's cheerful, and it's comfortable! We love everything about it.
