Southampton shores 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, recently renovated and newly furnished with high speed Wi-Fi, heated in ground pool. 4 minute walk to Southampton shores private beach, tennis courts, basketball court and marina. Family room boasts views to the pool, large sectional, and 75 inch tv. Covered front porch with rocking chairs, and table and chairs for relaxing. Upstairs landing provides a second hang out area with tv, and pull out couch. Lovely deck in the back with an 8 person teak table, retractable awning, weber grill and smoker. Lounge chairs and outdoor teak sofa by the heated pool and brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas included for the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked and has brand new fridge, dishwasher and quartz countertops. Linens and towels included and laundry room recently updated with new appliances. There is a 2 screen work from home station/home office and a crib is available upon request
