The bright 2-room apartment invites you to dream and holidays under the roof of the Villa Livia. On 35 square meters awaits you a decorated with love for detail dream apartment.
Look forward to a cozy living room incl. Sloping ceilings, a large corner sofa, with a dining area and an open kitchenette incl. Oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The adjoining balcony invites you for an alfresco breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm). A generous chest of drawers looks forward to your holiday wardrobe.
The bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower also contributes to the holiday pleasure.
Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.
Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the Golfhotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck and 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs.
