We have received wonderful reviews. Come and enjoy the beautiful views. New kitchen and tile flooring. New dining room set 2020 as we are always updating to keep our repeat renters/families coming back year after year. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom for privacy. The master suite and the living room has awesome panoramic ocean views. We also added a Keurig coffee maker for you coffee lovers. We have a regular coffee maker too. Our BEACHFRONT unit is located on the 6th floor. Our balcony is one of the largest in the area at 27 ft, big enough for a table and 8 chairs to relax and close enough to enjoy the ocean. Plenty of room for breakfast or coffee on the huge balcony! Our building, Sunrise Point, includes amenities such a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Enjoy the lush tropical plantings around the pool areas. Our unit includes 2 reserved parking spaces for your convenience on the 3rd deck. There is also street parking on 55th street. We have installed new flooring in living room and bedrooms. We have flat screen TV's in the living area and all the bedrooms. Great location to walk from pier to pier. Cherry Grove pier just a short walk away. There is also a fun nature walk on the inlet waterway side a few blocks away.

Our large living room includes seating for 6 and is decorated in blue and white. The living furniture is new for the 2017 season. 2021 Bought a new 58 inch smart tv and new tv console. Watch one of our children's DVD's or enjoy a game stored in the entertainment center and there are plenty of books to read. We've included Wi-fi for you to surf the Internet or check your e-mails while away from home. Through the patio doors enjoy the dolphins or ocean breeze while using our binoculars.

Our master bedroom includes a King top quality mattress. Lie in bed, as we have, and watch the tide from your bed. Watch a movie on your private DVD player on our new 'LCD' TV. The master also has a walk-in closet. It also stores 2 thin mattresses which are perfect for children. An en-suite master bath is complete with a 'whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds which are pushed together to make a king bed. It also has a flat screen TV with DVD player. Another en-suite bathroom completes this private retreat.

The 3rd bedroom contains a queen bed and has a 3rd bathroom. Enjoy your privacy in this suite by enjoying the flat screen TV. Our unit is great for privacy for 3 couples or for families where the children want to watch television/movies away from the adults.

The new kitchen has everything you would need on vacation. Included are top quality stainless appliances, such as a stove, refrigerator with an ice-maker, keurig, crock pot, microwave, and dishwasher. All small appliances are included such as a toaster, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, and a coffeepot. We try to keep our kitchen fully stocked. We even keep a few spices if you decide to cook in. A full sized washer/dryer are stored in the hallway for your use as well.

No need to bring beach chairs!! Feel free to use our beach chairs, lounge chair, club chair, umbrellas, and sand toys, including bocce ball, stored in the outside hallway closet. There are A few boogie and skim boards for the kids, so you don't have to squeeze those in your car!

We just got a 80 gallon hot water tank so no worries about running out of hot water. We also just got a new heating and air conditioner.

We've tried to think of everything to make your vacation special. We installed a a KEYLESS ENTRY for your convenience...we send you the code for your week by email which is deleted after your stay so you don't have to remember to take your keys to the beach!! Our unit is safe for toddlers, too, with high deck railings, and narrow slats on the patio railing! Rental age- 25 and up. This is a NO SMOKING unit as All of Cherry Grove does not allow smoking on balconies due to local laws.

Amazing vacation in a beautiful oceanfront home!

This beautiful oceanfront condo was the perfect place for our family vacation! Communication with the owners was seamless, the home was very comfortable, it was well stocked and also provided all the beach extras (chairs, umbrella's, sand games, etc.) if needed. Garage parking was very convenient and the porch had beautiful views of the sand and surf. We look forward to renting again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a great view of the beach which was just steps away. And the beach was not too crowded. The owner was available for anything we needed - not that we needed anything. The home was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with basics which made trips to the store much easier. We will definitely stay here again!

This property had everything we needed and more. Everything that is listed on the property site is exactly correct. The balcony is very large with plenty of seating. I could stand in the kitchen and look out to the ocean - doesn't get better than that. We loved the special outdoor closet for our beach things, the outdoor shower and bathroom were a bonus and also the lazy river was a huge hit for all of us adults! Would definitely stay here again.

A taste of paradise. Perfect spot on Cherry Grove - near peirs, inlet, and marshes. The views from the balcony are wonderful. We spent a lot of time out there - room for the whole family and with privacy.The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious. I felt right at home the moment we opened the door. Comfortable beds and furniture. All higher end applicances...great washer and dryer. The living room is a fun family hangout room - games, movie night, or just looking out at the ocean.Our family had a wonderful vacation here. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. This is now our go to place for all future North Myrtle/Cherry Grove trips. The best place on the beach for families, too.

Great ocean view . Well stocked kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The lazy river was small , but our grandchildren, 7 and 3, loved it. The xtra large washer and dryer didn’t hurt. We would use Jill’s condo again.

Excellent week

Our family of spouse and grown children had a wonderful time in this condo. Clean, bright and airy, well-located, quiet. Well stocked for kitchen and bath needs. Large balcony with great view and sounds. We had car trouble on the last night and the tow truck driver and mechanic were very helpful and nearby. Thanks Jill for keeping up such a nice space.

Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for my family and I. It was just as pictured and not cluttered, which is great if you have a little one. It was very clean and well kept. The owner was amazing to work with. Very attentive and would periodically check in to see how everything was going. We would definitely recommend booking. 10/10! This place will always hold a special place to us, it was where our little one started walking.

Awesome views

Owner was very quick with communicating. Previous renter left bunch of food in refrigerator, cleaning person didn’t remove, we had to do it. Linens for beds were clean but a jumbled pile in a bin, kitchen extremely well equipped! Mattresses saggy. Overall a good place to be at the beach.

Fabulous Week at the beach

Location, location, location!! This beautiful condo is right on the ocean and has everything you could want! The deck is fabulous! We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and then walking right out to the beach! The owner has beach chairs available. The condo was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. Each bedroom is beautiful with its own nice bathroom. The living room and dining room are spacious. The owner is great to make wonderful suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and plan to come again!

Beautiful Condo

We have been coming to Myrtle for over 20 years and this has been one of the best condos we've stayed at. This was our first stay in Cherry Grove and we loved it. The condo was bigger than we thought and plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. The kitchen was well stocked-as we are a family that eats in on vacations and we loved that the cabinets were stocked with essentials along with cleaning/laundry supplies. Also like the outside closet full of beach things so we didn't need to waste any space with beach chairs and umbrella when traveling. We hope to return to your wonderful beach home in the future! Best vacation rental!

Wow! What a wonderful condo. Loved the new dining and living room furniture! There was plenty of seating for 8. Most of all we loved the swivel rockers....great to have your morning coffee (amazing when the groups of pelicans or seagulls flew by). The great thing about Sunrise Point is it's away from the traffic and multiple high rises....so the beaches are not crowded as well as the pools! The owners obviously use this as a second home and not a vacation rental, as many things were stocked, not found in other rentals we have booked the years! We loved not having to pack beach chairs, too, as well as boogie boards for our kids! Thank you Jill for a wonderful vacation. Look forward to a return trip soon.

Amazing!!!

My family absolutely LOVED this property. We have already booked again for next year! The condo is exactly as pictured. The oceanfront view is incredible! It was very clean and well maintained. My family likes to cook most meals and I was very impressed with what was available to me in the kitchen, larger pots and pans (for big families, like mine), plenty of dishes, different spices, many different gadgets that you would find at home in your own kitchen...too much to list! We took advantage of using the beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards, something we normally buy and leave behind. Another huge plus for us was the assigned parking...no more driving around the garage for a half hour trying to find a spot! Jill, the owner, is very easy to reach, if needed, and responds very quickly. The owners have seriously thought of everything that you could possibly want/need! I would, and have, recommended this property to friends and relatives and can't wait to go back and stay next year! If you are considering this property, look no further and book it because I guarantee it will book up fast!

We all loved this condo! So beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach is so wide and had fantastic views from the balcony overlooking ocean. The balcony has a table and four chairs and also other comfortable chairs. Our grandchildren loved to eat there. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the fact that there were three bathrooms. Our favorite item in the kitchen was the Keurig coffee maker. We have one at home and bring ours on trips. Glad we didn't have to bring it. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need and more. Designated parking spaces (2) was great. We didn't have to look for a parking spot. Note, there is extra parking across the street. Another plus was a storage closet right outside front door filled with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Our grandchildren loved the lazy river! Everyone in family agreed we would definitely stay here again. Jill, the owner, takes great pride in keeping condo in pristine condition. She was very prompt in answering questions or concerns. Our names are Jack and Jill Hengy. This is our beach home and we'd like you to enjoy it as much as we do. It is so relaxing here... You can see for miles to the north and south and see 2 fishing piers. You can see the fireworks during the summer at Boardwalk on the beach from the balcony. Walk to the north inlet, just a short stroll up the beach, or try fishing off the pier to the south. Just a short drive to the south on ocean blvd is Main St., North Myrtle Beach, where there is entertainment and plenty of food choices. A short drive out Rt.9 takes you to Rt. 17 and Little River and Calabash, where there are wonderful seafood restaurants! E-mail us and we'll let you know our favorites!

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because of the beautiful, quiet beach and great family location. We also like the size of the balcony, it's 27 ft long, enough room for everyone (one of the reasons we liked this unit)! We have a table to eat meals by the ocean and chairs to relax taking in the views. There is little traffic because Ocean Blvd. ends just a few blocks north, which is great for bike riding. Our unit is easily the nicest on Cherry Grove Beach since it is one of the newest and last ones built. It's just a short drive to entertainment such as Broadway on the Beach, outlets, or Myrtle Beach. There are many wonderful golf courses near this condo for those golfers to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

We provide all beach equipment. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's along with living area we have a large screen tv. We have a keurig coffee maker and crock pot for easy meals. There are extra towels and sheets in closet but renter must wash and dry during stay. Wireless entry. Beautiful views on the 6th floor. Elevator waits on our floor which is a plus. We do updates every year to keep the place looking good for your vacation.
