Located in the well-appointed Sunrise Pointe building at Cherry Grove Beach, situated on the quiet section of North Myrtle Beach, with a beach front that expands for miles. Laminate floors through out makes it very clean with a rustic feel. Located on the 10th Floor we offer views that will take your breath away. The balcony is fully furnished to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. The principle bedroom has a King bed and a spectacular view of the ocean. It directly walks out to the balcony. The ensuite has double sinks and walk in shower. Each Bedroom has a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom. The Kitchen is well equipped to eat in if you enjoy cooking. There are a lot of great eating places in the area if you want the night off. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need.... Keurig, Coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, slow cooker, toaster, tea kettle, microwave, ice-maker, blender, hand mixer. We offer linens for your stay all you need is your beach towels, chairs and toys...Don't forget a sun umbrella as it can get very hot in the summer. A washer and dryer will allow you to refresh your towels through out your stay. An iron and ironing board is also available. You won't need to pack the hair dryer. The unit has Wi-Fi and cable with Flat screen TV's in each room.

Our building has an ocean-side indoor and outdoor pool, a lazy river and a kiddie pool, exclusive to our guests.

Convenient to shopping, dining and family entertainment. Myrtle Beach has 2 outlet malls. The Golfing is reasonable with numerous courses in close driving distance to the Condo.

There is assigned parking for 2 cars only, on the 2nd floor, next to the north elevator. There are height restrictions of 7 feet to enter garage. Luggage carts are located in the lobby.


Additional information: Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles or trailers on the property. North Myrtle Beach has passed a by-law that NO canopies/tents are allowed on the beach from May 15- September 15th only umbrellas with a center poll.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT EVEN ON THE BALCONY. The property of Sunrise Pointe is NON-SMOKING this includes walkways, pool area, balconies. It is a North Myrtle Beach Ordinance. A violation can result in a fine.
