This home by the lake has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and bunk bed in each room, a pull out couch, two sectional couches and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out. Walk half a block to the lake with a private dock for your boat, do some fishing or just enjoy the scenery. You will be only minutes to all the shopping, restaurants and fun that Clear Lake has to offer.

Kitchen was not clean. Fridge and freezer had food debris as well as the stovetop. Water was leaking from fridge and my husband went to see if water needed turned off to fridge and discovered a dead mouse in a trap that had been there awhile. There was few pots and pans and serving bowls. Coffee maker carafe lid was broken. Kitchen needs a thorough cleaning.

Cute little house close to the lake -

We had a wonderful time- nice little fire pit and seating area in the back yard for visiting. With a nice big deck for watching the sun rise with coffee ☕️ in the morning out front with view of the lake.
