We had the nicest time visiting our college daughter in the comfort of this beautiful, quaint home. The attention to detail is incredible! We loved all the decor and thoughtful accommodations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Not to mention it’s close location to downtown Clear Lake and amazing lakeside views!

We had a wonderful fall weekend at this home. It had everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was stocked, making it really easy to cook breakfast. All four of us are big coffee drinkers, so the designated coffee station and stash was impressive and very generous. It was a beautiful neighborhood where we could walk to restaurants and the lake. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well, even my 1 year old! We cannot say enough good things about our stay!

Our host was the best! She resolved questions & situations timely, professionally & kindly. What a wonderful stay we had at the charming “Red House”. Deb was an excellent host. I had all the information needed without asking. Additionally the host was well stocked with everything including wood for the firepit and s’mores kit. Would absolutely recommend.

Loved staying in this little house. It was perfect for myself and my two younger boys. Walking distance to downtown, made for great morning walks. The house was charming and had everything we needed. It was slightly difficulty for my older mother to get to the second story bathroom, but she just took it nice and slow. The house was perfect and would highly recommend.

Me and the lady stayed here for a weekend as a little get away. They had s’mores, bundle of wood and plenty of variety of coffee pods apon arrival. Contact with host was smooth and prompt. Would definitely recommend again.

Deb is a lovely host! The care she's put into the cottage, from heavenly bedding, to charging stations to interior design is beyond compare. We'd love to have this be our home away from home!

There was a hiccup with VRBO booking but Deb was awesome helping us solve the issue. Greatly appreciated! House was a described and great for a family of four. Well stocked with everything we would need. Beds were comfy with plenty of room for everyone.

I have never worked with a more accommodating host. Deb is everything you would hope for and more. She had a welcome basket ready for us, and even put up a Christmas Tree for us to enjoy! She thought of everything - from a well stocked kitchen, to lots of hangers and towels. We were more than comfortable and loved every moment!

We enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. Some of its great features were: Comfy furniture-including the beds, a well stocked kitchen including an amazing complimentary coffee selection & snack basket, and its proximity to the Surf! In the spirit of lake cottages, she can be a bit drafty on bitter cold days, just pack the slippers. Deb was quick to respond to any issues with the few hiccups we had, we do wish we had known the washing machine was out of order. But all in all a good stay!

This little home was absolutely beautiful, cozy and perfect in every way! The host offered a Welcome snack basket upon arrival! She provided many items for convenience that I haven't seen other hosts provide. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and very easy to get a full nights sleep in. The dining area was in the front porch area which offers the natural light and incredible sunrise. The fire pit was a nice touch and wood was provided. Home was located a block away from the Lake and Surf Ballroom, it is oozing with history! The pricing was very inexpensive for the amenities provided here. Games and puzzles were even available as well as the cutest beach towels. We loved every second and highly recommend!!!!
