☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
This gorgeous Poconos retreat has four spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each with a unique charm and designer finishes.

The ground-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, a dresser for storing your belongings, and a comfy armchair perfect for curling up with a good book. There is also a desk that makes it easy to keep up with work if you must! Simply have a seat at the desk, take out your laptop, and connect to the high-speed wifi. A large wall-mounted TV allows you to watch what you please from the comfort of your room. When you need some fresh air, just step through the doors to the patio. The primary suite’s ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and two vanities.

The second bedroom is upstairs on the second floor and also has a king-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your things in the drawers and on a luggage rack. The third bedroom offers a full bed and some children’s toys. The fourth bedroom upstairs doubles as a bedroom and multipurpose space, with a queen-sized bed, a TV, a desk, and a sleeper sofa.

The second full bathroom is on the second floor and offers two vanities and a walk-in shower behind frosted glass doors. There is also a half bath located off of the kitchen. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash toiletries.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The entire main floor area is open and airy, thanks to lofty ceilings and large windows. The large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a center island perfect for meal prep and serving. Brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it outside on the patio. A large dining area sits in between the kitchen and living room, creating a comfortable place to enjoy a family-style meal. There’s additional seating in the bar area next to the kitchen.

The living room has hardwood floors and a wall of windows that looks over the gorgeous property. Find your favorite spot on the sectional sofas or settle into the plush armchair in the corner and get lost in a good book. The massive flat-screen TV on the wall is perfect for movie nights, and the open-concept floor plan makes it easy for guests to move in and out of the space without feeling cramped or crowded.

Send the kids into the second living room to watch movies or play games while the adults enjoy quiet conversation and cocktails in the main living room. This secondary lounge area has a large TV, kids` toys, and a comfortable couch that folds out into a futon bed.

The Game room is located on the main level and provides mini-pool, mini shuffleboard, foosball, two (2) arcade games and a smart TV. It`s perfect for any adult or kid gathering!

If you’re coming to the Long Pond area to be surrounded by nature, this is the place to do it. The winding, tree-lined driveway snakes up to this charming house on a hill. The property is dotted with mature shade trees and nature views. The big backyard is perfect for kids and pets to run around and play.

The expansive outdoor deck features a BBQ, a fire pit, and a bubbling hot tub. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee and the view out here every morning, or order takeout and enjoy it on the outdoor lounge furniture. Twinkling rope lights around the backyard allow the whole family to enjoy this outdoor entertainment space well into the night.

This lovely home is in a great location within the beautiful Emerald Lakes Community. While you’re a guest at the property, you’ll have access to the shared amenities, for a small additional fee. Take a dip in the sparkling outdoor swimming pool or swim a few laps in the large indoor pool. Enjoy access to the private beaches at any of the three lakes that form part of the resort, play a few rounds of tennis, or hit the basketball courts. There’s plenty to do within Emerald Lakes Community!

As a guest here you have the entire home to yourself. There is free parking in the driveway and you’ll be given a unique keycode to access the front door. You can use all of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer, high-speed wifi, kids’ games, laptop-friendly workstations, and arcade games. This sprawling home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails, parks and playgrounds, lakes, and local attractions.

As guests, you can buy guest passes to access the wonderful shared amenities of the Emerald Lakes Community resort. Throughout your stay, you can enjoy the two shared swimming pools, the indoor pool which is open year-round between 11 am and 7 pm. You can also access the resort’s three private lakes, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Guest passes can be purchased at either the administration office or the indoor pool are; $20 for a one day pass/pp, $30 for a three day pass/pp or $50 for a seven day pass/pp.

Please note that additional fees of $75 per pet, per stay apply if you’re bringing your furry friend along.

When possible, guests can request for an Early Check-in/Late Check-out for an additional fee of $25/hr.

Quiet residential neighborhood

Cars are needed to get around the Poconos. The driveway to the house can accommodate 5 cars. Taxis/Uber are available in the area but not reliable.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It`s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold of $1,000 (which is not a security deposit) or no-refundable $45 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! Pets:
-Pets: Pets are allowed but there is a fee of $75. per pet which will be applied after booking. Guests will be held responsible for any and all damage done by pets during their stay.
-Guests are required to pick up dog waste into a waste bag. Guests are
responsible to wipe down the dog & dog feet when entering the house and
keep the dogs off the furniture.
-Guests are required to have pets trained to go outside vs. using pee pads indoors.
- No loud music after 10pm or before 8am as we are courteous to our
neighbors. The house has a Minut noise monitoring device which sends notification if it hits 80 decibels.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Parking is limited to the driveway only. 5 cars can fit in the driveway.
- Self check in with a smart lock. Code to be issued by hosts at check-in.
- Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind. If discovered additional fee will be incurred.
- Absolutely no fireworks. (You will be fined for any fireworks!) $500 is the firework fine by our HOA.
