Track meet mini-vacay

My daughter had a track meet at chandler high and this place was perfect. We loved the deep pool and convenient location. Nice updates to home have obviously been made recently.

Perfect House for us

This house was perfect for our needs, for our 2-week stay in the area. Nice open floor plan, and there is a dog door to the backyard. We liked having access to the garage, and an opener was provided. The kitchen was very well stocked. I appreciated the desk since I had work to do. The desk is referenced in the listing, but not shown in the photos. The host was good about letting us know when the pool person or the landscaper would be coming by. The location of the house is very good.

Terribly Disappointed

The outdoor area was terribly misleading and not suitable for my liking. It was completely misrepresented on the VRBO website. The conversation with the owner while decent went with things being unresolved for me. I did not stay at the property at all. While it may seem trivial that the outdoor area was not to my liking, I rent out the entire property to suit my own purposes and expectations and that wasn’t made available for me. The owner refused to consider my request to be refunded as a consideration. I believe that VRBO as a policy should require that photos of the owners entire property include all of the property area so that a potential customer can make an informed decision about whether it’s worth the expense to stay at a property or not.

Josalyn told me she was looking for something “specific to her liking “. I explained that in my past 3 years of renting my property on multiple platforms that I HAVE NEVER gotten 1 bad review. Her complaint was “trivial” and I wish her the best.
