At no additional fee. orange tree and a comfortable space to sit and visit. No two stories close by...which makes for a very private backyard. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable in the master and main living room, WiFi, Netflix in every room with 4 separate accounts. and 50 inch TV's in every room. Security system. Minutes from Lone Tree Golf Course,. New Gila River Resort and Casino 3 minutes(1.2 miles) 9.0 miles to Gilbert Temple and minutes away from many hiking trails.

Great location with everything you come to Arizona for within a half hours drive. Golf, Breweries and great downtown atmosphere. Casino 10 minutes south and lots of sunshine.

Pool was great and well heated, so we could actually use it. Have stayed at others where that wasn't the case and ended up being a waste. Great host with prompt communication and loved the Crumble cookies left for us and basket with toiletries one may forget. Would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

We moved to Arizona from Kansas because we loved the area. My husband retired from the fire service after 30 years. We have be landlords for over 20 years to long term rentals. We decided to do a VRBO because we travel a lot and like to use VRBO. We know what we like having when we travel, so we really try and make our VRBO be your home away from home...with all the things you need daily but with the relaxing feeling of needing to do nothing but enjoy your vacation.:)

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because we loved that it had no stairs to deal with so it really accommodates everyone. We also loved that it has no two story homes surrounding the home so when you sit in your back yard swimming or drinking that morning coffee or reading a book you don't feel like you are on display. Super private..and of course a pool was a must. We added the heater to the pool the minute we bought the home because there is nothing better than having a swim in 90 water under the stary sky while it's a little cool outside.

What makes this property unique

This home is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood in Souther Chandler while still offering the great things of the Phoenix and surrounding areas. Arizona offers so much and we wanted to find something that allowed us to play hard all day , yet return home to a quiet and relaxing setting. The new Gila River Casino is a 5 minute drive for the property. Day trips to major sites such as Sedona, Tucson and Jerome are within a 2 hour drive. Just 30 minutes away is Tonto National Forest which is home to Apache Trail, Saguaro Lake, Canyon Lake, Superstition Mountains and lost Dutchman State Park. For those super hot days you can take a tube down the Salt River, which is about a 45 minute drive and worth it..If you're lucky, you will float right by the wild horses. Dozens of close by hikes, golfing, shopping, restaurants and entertainment within miles from the front door. The book 60 hikes in 60 miles describes 60 close in hikes in the immediate are. This book will be found on the bookshelf in the house and has been put to good use.
