Private entrance to your fenced courtyard. Spacious studio in a quiet, centrally located neighbourhood. Beaches within minutes drive. Private vehicle & boat parking. (Boat launch 2 minutes away). Studio has a comfortable king size bed & an oversized L-shaped pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. Quality bedding, oversized duvet/comforter and pillows. Electric skillet, two beach chairs/umbrella/beach cart & beach towels provided for your convenience. Pets allowed w/fee. ($75 first pet and $50 each for additional pets). Excellent WIFI, Smart TV, Amazon Fire Stick.
Special rates for military/civilian travellers for long term stays (message us). This studio sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Upon request, we can provide a queen blow up mattress. Each person over 4 is an additional $25.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Me and my dog

I was here for 4 nights with my dog and the hosts were so helpful and accomodating for us. Its so cozy and safe, located in a quiet neighborhood but still so close to everything. The patio is like your own private little jungle and is so peaceful and beautiful, truly taking after the name of the stay. This place just made my stay and I'd definitely return when im in the area

A delightful experience

I visited Ft. Walton Beach so that my dog could receive a procedure from one of the surgeons. This little studio was exact.y what we needed, 4 minutes from the facility, safe, quiet, private and very peaceful. Stella was a wonderful hostess.

Joe & Stella own Emerald Coast Martial Arts and offer free training for all guest, while you stay @ Zen By The Beach. Joe is a master karate instructor and Stella works for the US DOD. Stella also speaks several languages, which helps with diverse tenants.

Why they chose this property

Our area is a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood. We have a kid's park right across the street from us. We are close to shopping, boat ramps, activities (golf, etc) and the area is safe.

What makes this property unique

Zen By The Beach was originally a private Japanese dojo (training hall) for Karate students of Master Cayer. More students meant he had to expand to a commercial building. The dojo was then converted to Zen By The Beach.
