1890’s Farm house updated with beautiful finishings along with many of original features to preserve the character of this spectacular home.
The home sits on 5 acres with beautiful views of the surrounding orchards. You can enjoy your mornings and nights on the cozy front porch as you take in everything the area has to offer.

You’ll find that the spacious layout offers comfort and privacy for your guests, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and quiet den. The stunning kitchen is a focal point where everyone can enjoy each other. Off the kitchen is a large mud room with laundry and a dog wash shower, from there you’ll head upstairs to the private master bedroom with an on suite and walk in closet.

The location is right in the middle of some of Northern Michigans greatest attractions. Just 8 minutes north is the beautiful beach town of Elk Rapids, 10 minutes south is Traverse City, 2 minutes to the west is Sayler Park where you can swim and boat in Grand Traverse bay, and just 2 miles down the road is Flint Fields horse park.
You will love everything about this home and the surrounding areas.
