Stay in the charming heart of Cape Porpoise minutes away from two of the best beaches in the area. This historic home was built in 1866 but has modern amenities. It’s great for families (over 2,400 sq ft) with multiple options to enjoy the outdoors (garden, yard, patio, swing set & deck). Relax in the expansive king master suite, three additional queen-sized bedrooms, or cozy up in the daybed in the family room. Walk to restaurants, the harbor, & the grocer.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
-Turn all thermostats/AC units off -Turn off heater/stove in the family room (winter stays)
For trash, please use the two barrels with town logos first; use the other two for overflow. Do not bag recycling. Keep the bungee cord secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a camera outside of the front door. For your safety and for insurance this must remain on during your stay.
There is a maximum of three cars to be parked in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass next to the driveway or in front of the house.
No music outside past 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, many of whom live here year-round.
