Gorgeous Setting

We had a great stay at this home on Cape Porpoise Harbor. The location is outstanding and the views are amazing. Best part of the home is sitting on the large deck overlooking the water. Weather was amazing

This property worked well for our family. The view is beautiful and the walkability of the location was fantastic. Also the home was very well maintained and extremely clean. And the decks were well appointed with furniture and afforded us perfect views of rainbows some late afternoons.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home with great views of the water. Everything was perfect in the house. We easily made a Thanksgiving dinner for four. The location is ideal. Highly recommend!

Great Maine Trip!

1st trip to Maine and this home had everything you would need for a coastal vacation. The view and location was great. In walking distance to local shops and restaurants but very quiet. The beach equipment in the basement was an added surprise that we used! Wonderful time!

Sparklingly clean and well decorated home. Beautiful Cape views. Close to everything but blissfuly quiet and peaceful. A real gem.

Cape Porpoise

Fantastic home. Clean and super neat. Well stocked. Fabulous location and the absolute best views. Easy to wasps to neighborhood restaurants, grocery stores etc. close to Kennebunkport village but so very quiet and relaxing. Already made reservations to stay here again next year!!

Water view

We enjoyed everything about the property but the view from the deck is truly spectacular. We had hummingbirds in the foreground and a water view complete with lighthouse in the backround! We hope to come back next year.

Amazing in Every Way

What a find! This beautiful little house was the perfect spot to enjoy our favorite part of Maine! The beds were comfy and the entire house was beautifully appointed! The management company was very responsive as well. I will definitely be back!

Peaceful haven

Unsurpassable location- harbor/lighthouse views, quiet neighborhood. Linen service included, sweep floors and pull trash to curb- that’s vacation! Quaint village steps from grocer/liquor store and deli, lobster shack, deli, gallery, fish mkt. Heavenly house. Highly recommend.

Special place

We’ve rented several homes and this one stands out for its location, the decor, the cleanliness, and how completely everything had been provided for. Great appliances, high tech AC system, great TVs, and lots of things we never used (grill, fire pit, etc). And it’s just 1/4 mile from a good grocery store, several restaurants (especially Musette and Nunan’s), with others just a very short drive away. Cape Porpoise feels like a world away from the bustle of Kport, but that’s a short drive away. We will be back.

Wonderful family trip

We had a wonderful family vacation with my parents and our two kids (4 and 7). This house is perfectly situated on a quiet, beautiful street and you can't beat the gorgeous views of Cape Porpoise. We enjoyed coffee and dinner on the deck every day! You can ride bikes in the neighborhood and walk to markets and restaurants. It's also a short drive to Goose Rocks Beach, which we loved with the kids. The house is beautiful and new, very comfortable, and works well for a small group (though if you have more than 2 kids with you, you'd need to get creative with sleeping arrangements). We will definitely be back!
