Le studio se trouve sur notre terrain, juste derrière notre maison, Il fait 30 m2 complètement indépendant, climatisé car forte chaleur type canicule parfois, et bien chauffé en hivers. Idéale pour 2 Personnes et Maxi 4
Proche de tous commerces (boulangerie 1mn à pied, intermarché 5mn à pied, la plage est à 5mn en voiture, 11 mn de Capbreton, et 22mn Bayonne, piste cyclable jusqu'à la mer et AUTRES, gare et bus à 5 minutes à pied
-La location se fait du samedi au samedi
-Cuisine bien équipée, buanderie indépendante juste à côté bien équipée avec machine à laver
-Pas d 'animaux admis car nous avons un chien sur place
-prévoir caution € 300
-Pour se garer c'est gratuit, WIFI, eau, électricité compris dans les charges
-grand lit 160 * 200, bon retour sur la literie
