Six acres of in town waterfront privacy located in Sky Country, an exclusive mountain top enclave just a short distance from Dahlonega’s historic town square. From the moment you enter our gate & meander down the long private drive, you know this is indeed 'Bearadise'. (Sorry 4 the pun).

With decks cascading to the river’s edge, your outdoor choices for places to take in the beauty of our home’s surroundings seem limitless. There are inside & outside porches, beautiful bedrooms, grills, a recreation room with a pool table and a spectacular old world bar. There are trails & a waterfront lounging area that oozes serenity, affording you a getaway setting conveniently located near everything & yet so removed that you would swear you were in the Alaskan wilderness. On those cool nights that seem so peaceful, sit by the fireplace and warm your heart

Exceeded expectations!

  • 4 of 5

A LARGE master suite and 3 other roomy bedrooms+++!! CLOSE to darling Dahlonega!!! Neat and clean! Beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and porches overlooking the river! Ken, the owner, is very helpful if you need anything! The only problem that we had was that the internet didn't work for us and, unfortunately, we have a business that we can't be away from. We needed a "hotspot" to keep up with that. Thank you, Ken, for sharing your piece of paradise with all of us !!!!!

Fantastic property and manager

  • 5 of 5

The cabin is wonderful - very spacious with lots of individual spaces for lots of people. We were traveling for business as coworkers and we were able to spread out throughout the house without being on top of one another. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing after a long day

Not impressed!

  • 1 of 5

Has potential to be nice place. Location great. Photos misleading. Taken long time ago. Everything overgrown. Not well maintained. Walls dirty. Needs repainting. Lots of light bulbs out. Cobwebs everywhere. Too much decor everywhere. Comes across as junky. No where near meeting my expectations based on pictures. Owner really nice. Easy to work with but had wrong check in date. Thankfully the property was available.

We stayed in this home to attend a beautiful wedding at Wolf Mountain Winery. It was perfect for our family. There are so many places to sit and enjoy the sounds of nature.
