A small luxurious luxury thatched cottage, quiet (but not off) - with sensational views of the Tating Church and the Kirchwiesen.
We have been lying in wait for this house for a long time. We've known it for over 15 years - then as a slowly decaying Kate, then it was around 2008 by the previous owners lovingly brought to life - yes and in 2018 it was for sale. We did not hesitate for a long time and accessed immediately. It is (for us) the epitome and archetype of a cute Eiderstedter Kate - old substance properly and professionally rebuilt, quiet (but not down) - with sensational views of the Tating Church and the Kirchwiesen - it presents itself in a classic outfit ,

Exterior - thatched, white brickwork, dark green entrance door, white windows with dark green window frames. Inside - all walls plastered, floors in the ground floor oak planks and tiles - wooden ceilings with visible beam position - in short a real dream for 2 (goes also for 4).
OK - you hear it yes - we are still a bit shocked ...

In the back and enclosed garden, our guests can enjoy outdoor living roofed or on terraces, a barrel sauna provides additional deceleration. Inside, in the open dining area, the completely private cooking show can be started on the SMEG Portofino stove.

We consider the history and architecture of our homes in the selection of textiles, furniture and designer pieces. Of course, we also look at special materials, lamps, lights, shapes and colors, so that each object is an incomparable one-of-a-kind.
Our hide-out offers its guests unobtrusive and unrestrained quality-time in the style of a Shabby icon without deliberately or in the furniture-house look to come along - beautiful design is mostly simple and always unpretentious - made to feel good.

2 (double) beds with high quality slatted frames - so room for 4, with XL duvets 155x220

The barrel sauna stands in the middle of the garden overlooking the meadows and the Tatinger church tower.
Bathrobes, sauna towels are on site - cold shower you can (also) outside, Warmduscher can do that in the 2 bathrooms / toilets in the ground or attic.

The kitchen is equipped with a 90cm induction SMEG cooker, as well as a SMEG fridge freezer. In the living / dining room area and in the TV room we have u. a. worked with lamps and lights by Tobias Grau. 2 combinable BOSE systems provide the good sound - when watching TV or your favorite music. All in all, you have 3 Samsung THE FRAME TVs at your disposal - anyone can see what he feels like - even from the bed.

The house has several uncovered outdoor terraces (when the sun is shining ...) and also one with a roof (if the rain comes from the side ...). Garden table, beach chair, loungers, barbecue, etc. - Jupp is all there - running ...
