Welcome to the highly-rated Solterra Resort, with one of the best water parks in the area featuring a water slide, lazy river, Zero entry pools, and spas. This fully equipped and upgraded private pool home offers everything for a perfect vacation, including poolside dining and BBQ.

Resort charges a one-time resort fee of up to $45, (total for each reservation not per person), for the entire stay to use the resort facilities, for the entire stay and is payble at the clubhouse direclty via a credit card.

Close to Disney and all major attractions. Enter your vacation home to a large open area, following the hallway into the living room and the beautiful open-concept kitchen with everything you need to prepare a snack or a full course meal, for the whole family.

Get cozy in the large & bright family room overlooking the pool. The home is tastefully decorated with a modern touch. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your group, with dining up to 8 in the formal dining area and an additional 3 on the island.

All TVs have cable & streaming options such as Netflix/YouTube/Hulu/Prime for you to catch up on a movie or your favorite series.

On warmer days cool down in your private pool, with easy access steps, or enjoy a meal by the poolside. For the cooler days the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The pool gets full sunshine for almost 10 hours a day.

The main level has a suite bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Upstairs you have 4 more bedrooms to use, 2 of them with attached bathrooms. The girls' room is Princess themed and can sleep 4 kids, whereas the boy's room is Minions themed and can accommodate 3 kids. There is a shared bathroom for the two kid's rooms.

Into gaming? Try out the dual XBox S systems with Game Pass offering a variety of games for everyone in the family. Double the fun, playing with a partner on the second XBox system!

The converted garage features a Star Wars Theme and has a home theater set up with a large 75-inch TV. Get your popcorn and enjoy the latest entertainment offerings or enjoy a game of billiards/pool or Foosball while in there!

Traveling with little ones, we have a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, & umbrella strollers stored in the guest closet on the main level. There are also inflatable beds in the storage, in case you have some additional guests.

Small kitchen appliances like a toaster, kettle, a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and a blender are provided for your convenience.

Home can accommodate up to 14 guests (8 adults & 6 kids).

For your convenience we provide toilet paper, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen basics like trash bags, dishwasher pods, to get you started. However, depending on your usage and length of stay, we recommend to stock up if needed.

The pool faces South East, so gets full sun pretty much all day.

Soterra is a safe, gatted community. Entry is by approval only, via a QR code provided to guests prior to arrival.

The resort also offers onsite dining options at the Waterpark. The food & drinks available for purchase, at the waterpark are amazing!

The resort may (at their own discretion) temperorily close down any/all facilities due to weather conditions, reparis, or other reasons. No refunds will be provided for such closures. The host shall, to the extent the informaiton is know and available to host prior to guest arrival, inform guests of any planned closures.

For your safety and ours, home has equipped with outdoor cameras. There are no cameras indoors, including in the pool areas. There is also a local alarm system (does not call emergency services).

Pool heat is billed for the entire stay.
