Flexibly usable five-room holiday home with large kitchen Haus Goldbutt is a renovated old building. High ceilings and floorboards included. Bedroom and living room are individually and lovingly tailored to the needs of 2-7 holiday guests. Except for the kitchen and the bathroom, the rooms offer a direct or lateral view of the Baltic Sea. On the lower level there is a bedroom (double bed) and in the attic is another double room with lounge available. Adjacent to the double room (connecting room) is another small bedroom with a single bed. In addition to the bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room can be pulled out to another double bed. An existing cot can be set up flexibly. In the back of the apartment, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen offers the possibility to self-supply if necessary.

 

Comfortable holiday home with direct view of the Baltic Sea Between Hansapark and Timmendorfer Strand our house is located in the quiet Sierksdorf. It is up to you whether you spend the evenings with a glass of wine in the front garden or have fun on the surrounding beach promenades. Switch off, buy fresh fish, lie on the beach or take advantage of the numerous activities in the area. Sierksdorf offers classic Baltic holiday for the whole family - or as a couple.
