Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Couch- und Sesselgarnitur, eine Stereoanlage mit CD- Player und Radio und einen Kabel- TV mit Flachbildschirm. Das Bad besteht aus Dusche und WC und verfügt über einen Fön. Die Wohnung hat einen parkähnlichen Garten mit großer Liegewiese, sowie einen Pavillon mit Grillplatz und einen Spielplatz.
