Welcome to 4th St Studio! If you are a Business Traveler or Contractor working at any of the major plant sites, this apartment is going to make your commute a quick one! We are also conveniently located between New Harmony and Evansville. Food destinations are in walking distance and our Downtown Riverfront is a few blocks away. This apartment has a screen door and a great patio to enjoy! There is a Barber Shop and an office also located in the building. Please contact us regarding pet info and fees!

Angela is a great host; very clean property and convenient

Angela is a terrific host. The pictures of the property are accurate. The bed is comfortable and the newly installed tub is spacious and plenty of water pressure is available. The kitchen is smallish with not much storage but this is an efficiency so I wouldn't expect that. All appliances are new and work perfectly. A/C is controlled remotely but Angela will adjust the settings for you. She is always accommodating and she cares about her guests. Angela is a VRBO star host!

Perfect little studio

This property was perfect for our stay in Mt Vernon, location half way between the east and west end of town, short drive to river front, across the street from a CVS and Pizza Hut. The studio is nearly new, modern farmhouse style, everything we needed was there. The host Angela was great about answering my many questions !! We are old, had a bit of trouble navigating the "Smart " TV, finally got the hang of it. When we get the urge to River Watch again, we will definitely be renting this property again !
