This vacation home offers a comfortable and spacious stay with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room features a sofa with a chaise and an ottoman for relaxing and a flat screen tv for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, and oven. Guests have everything they need to prepare meals during their stay. Towels and bed linens are also provided, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience.

Convenient location, nice space. With four bedrooms, there was plenty of sleeping space, however the living area could have used more seating. Owner was prompt with communication. Would stay again.

Excellent Stay!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay in Fairbanks. Great location. All the amenities you need plus coffee, snacks and with the washer and dryer the owner even provided laundry soap and fabric conditioner. Would highly recommend this great condo.

Great place

We enjoyed this VRBO very much. Great home, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Close to downtown Fairbanks which was helpful for us. Communication was easy with the host.

Great property for our needs for 7 days/nights. We had plenty of space for our group of 4 needing 3 separate bedrooms. 2 separate baths and an extra toilet downstairs. We cooked every meal at the property, and the kitchen/living room layout was perfect. Great for hanging out together. Location was super, so close to groceries at Walmart and other options. Check in was easy. I only needed to ask the host how to access the property, and to notify him/her when we departed. Both times I got responses in less than a minute! We had no other need to contact the host. The property had everything we needed.

Great location and lots of room!

This is a great place for a larger party or family to stay. The provided hot drinks and snacks were a plus. Having a heated garage to park in for our winter stay was very convenient. The spacious kitchen was great for making meals with everything we needed.
