** BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED HOME IN THE RENDEZVOUS DIVISION OF WINTER PARK **
Gorgeous home in the valley's most sought-after address. Guests staying here enjoy plenty of space for 9 people (ideal for 6 adults and 3 children) to comfortably relax and unwind. A wrap around deck with gas grill and spectacular views of Winter Park Mountain. Rendezvous offers quick access to multi-purpose, all-season trails, plus a playground, picnic area and stocked pond (summertime only). Take a short walk to the Fraser River for spin or fly fishing, or walk into town to visit one of the many local boutiques and restaurants. Additionally, a new and free town shuttle stop has been added to the "Lift" bus route and is accessible just east of our condo, about a 100 yards away. The Lift is an easy and convenient ride to the Winter Park Ski Resort. This is a great vacation destination for the whole family!

This home includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in second master bedroom, a queen bed and office in the third bedroom and two twin XL bunk beds in the fourth. Two of the four full bathrooms have heated floors.

Amenities include 75” Ultra HD TV in the main living area above the beautiful gas fireplace, satellite service, new upscale furnishings, free wireless internet, private gas grill on deck with outdoor seating, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave and gas stove, gas fireplace in living room and master suite.

Perfect Place for Families & Beautiful Views

This home has everything that any family or large group could need! Clean, large amount of space, and well stocked. Beautiful views with convenience to shopping, restaurants, groceries, outdoor activities and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends. Easy communication with owners!

Amazing spring break getaway!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Close to the mountain and town but away just enough that it was peaceful and quiet. The kids had an absolute blast playing in all the snow around the house and the hot tub was amazing to end the day. Will definitely be going back. Jason was always quick to respond and so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this home!

Fabulous property and great location. Communication with property owner was great.

We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids and the space and amenities were great. Fully loaded kitchen as well as other items you need during a stay. We stayed a week and would definitely rent this property again. 5 stars!

Cannot wait to rebook

We came up for the jazz fest as our partners were playing for the weekend. We brought our families up for a some work/play time. The home is beautiful. Perhaps the best part was that each floor had rooms and restrooms, which allowed each family their own bit of privacy. The wrap around porch was the landing strip for all fun conversations.
