Très belle location
L’appartement est très bien situé proche du centre ville et du bord de mer. Il est bien agencé refait à neuf decoration design avec une belle terrasse bien agréable. Les chambres avec 2 grands lits sont plus adaptés à 2 couples qu’à 1 couple avec des enfants. Il est très bien équipé mais il manque un lave ligne pour l’être parfaitement.

Bel appartement très bien situé
Entre modernité et ancien (sol), 2 belles chambres, 1 belle pièce à vivre et sa terrasse (attention grande marche pour y accéder), cuisine très bien aménagée (manquait un faitout ou une cocotte pour faire cuire des tourteaux ou ne serait-ce que des pâtes) ainsi qu'une très belle salle de bain. Proche plage, commerces, marché. Seuls bémols : le manque de place privative pour se garer et la gestion des poubelles qu'il faut aller jeter à 5 min à pieds. Sinon très très bien.

Très bel appartement moderne très bien équipé le four est très appréciable petit extérieur agréable à l'ombre le soir très bien en cas de fortes chaleur juste les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas car situées en bord de rue pas de parking mais un souterrain a proximité et des places gratuites a proximité on peut tout faire à pied je recommande vraiment cet appartement belle région mont saint michel a à peine une heure saint malo cancale cap frehel

Appartement très agréable très bien placé proche du centre ville accessible à pieds.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Dinard en famille, dans ce jolie appartement bien équipé et bien décoré. (Seul bémol : Dommage qu’il n y ai pas de bac à poubelle dans la copropriété.)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Appartment Ker Louis in Dinard sehr genossen, die Ausstattung ist perfekt, das Appartment ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen!
