You will love our beautifully maintained and clean Villa Youppie in Sarasota. It is located at the corner of a lake which provides lots of privacy and thanks to a southern exposure you have sun in the pool and on the patio all day long. New travertine tiles on the patio, granite counter tops in the kitchen, nice wood floor and wood ceiling in the dining room. Access to pool from Master Bedroom.

The entire house is equipped with wireless high-speed internet, there are 3 flat screen TVs a DVD player, a stereo system and much more. The kitchen and bathrooms have all bells and whistles and are fully equipped with everything you need. The master suite has a king size bed and a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the second guest bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a full-size bed. A Publix supermarket, banks, restaurants and shopping malls are closed by. Siesta Key beach is not even 10 minutes away from the house.

There is a 90 night length of stay requirement for this community. Association application and background checks will be required and approval delays can occur. No pets and NO Smoking!

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Imagine you have booked a home for your summer holiday for your family and friends in November 2017. The kids looking forward to the summer holiday and 4 weeks before the date, the contract was cancelled by roelnsvacations. The flight was booked and we had to find a new home for 9 people in Sarasota only a view days before we start our holidays. We ended up in spending hours in finding a new home and spending a lot of money for a poor house because you cancelled our contract and nothing similar was available with this short notice. AND YOU ASK US TO WRITE A REVIEW? GREAT IDEA! Thank's a lot for the short term cancellation and doing nothing to help us besides offering a house in Cape Coral. I hope that a lot of people will read this review and make their own picture. Please be careful with this agency if you don't want to end in a similar situation!

Gorgeous property. Ideal for family will definitely go back

We had a fantastic holiday at villa youppie. Lovely and clean although could do with a little bit of TLC around the pool area. Some loose tiles and a few weeds needed removed. Also a bit of upgrading in bedrooms would be good but nothing that spoiled the holiday. This was the best holiday ever and just loved staying there. Thank you

Very Nice Place!!

We were very happy with the house. It was big, beautiful and more than we expected. The Rental Manager Koen, was very friendly and his reacted promptly to our questions and concerns. I was disappointed that the house was not available for next years trip, I would have booked it again. Our Family had an enjoyable vacation in the Sarasota/Sieta Key area. It is ideally located to everything. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Amazing property with NEW furniture package and friendly property manager

This property has a prime location and has just been upgraded with a new furniture package for the living room and some bedrooms. Lot's of contemporary deco has been added, new paint in the bathrooms, new bath linens and new kitchenware has been added. Unfortunately some people think they can leave the door open all day, the pool heater on for days and nights......and do not expect to get charged for it, however the contract makes it very clear. I feel sorry for the gentleman who made a comment about the $50 deduction......Come and visit Sarasota, this house is fun, good-looking and FEELS vacation!

Nice Property but don't trust the agent

Property was as described but a little more tired than photos suggest. Beds were comfortable and showers were ok but T/Vs were dated and vertical blinds were damaged and could not be shut properly in master bedroom or living room. My main complaint concerned the $50 per week allowance for pool heating and the $25 per week allowance for electricity!! If you used more than this allowance the cost would be deducted from your deposit. There were two of us in the villa and we did not use the cooker and the a/c was off for 4 days due to cooler weather and set at 72 degrees for the remainder of our stay but $50 was still deducted from our deposit and i was advised that this was for extra electricity we had used. If this is true I hate to think of the bill waiting for a family of 6/8! What was very strange was that my deposit (less the $50 ) was returned by the agents employee in person on the last day of our vacation and the check had been written before he came to the property. How on earth could he have known that we owed exactly $50 for extra electricity when he wrote the check. In my opinion this is a scam and prospective Renters should be aware that your deposit is at risk in whole or in part even if you leave the villa in excellent condition as we did.
