Beach: No Weddings are allowed on the Beach or in the house! Renters are not permitted to hold events on the beach. Renters will be subject to $1,000 fine if they hold an event on the beach or have groups of 20 or more people on the beach.

Parking: Only allowed to park max 8 cars in the driveway.

PET POLICY: non shedding pets under 25 lbs are allowed. Non-refundable $400 pet fee.

Level 1 (West side):
Elevator access in foyer. The elevator operates to all four levels. On this level is a queen bedroom suite with its own full private bath. Level 1 access from the garage requires two small steps to get into the house.

Level 1 (East side): A mudroom for beach bathroom breaks (toilet and sink).

Level 2: Four bedrooms on this level, plus full size laundry room with washer and dryer.
Four bedrooms include:
Two queen bedrooms that share a full bath.
Bunk beds with 4 full size beds that share a full bath (tub, separate shower & toilet) with another bedroom with a Queen size bed and full size bed.

Level 3: king bedroom suite with its own full bath. Plus a large kitchen, with an island that seats 6, and a dining table and chairs for 10, and family room with 2 bonus queen sleeper sofas (one is in a sectional). Open concept. Plus powder room. Access to main decks that have 10-12 deck chairs plus an outdoor dining table with its own chairs that seats 8.

Level 4: 1 king bedroom suite with its own full bath. Plus 1 queen bedroom with a Full bath. Both bedrooms have their own/separate private deck access.

We also have a large selection of indoor games and books for both children and adults. We have many supplies for babies and toddlers too, such has strollers, portable crib, baby gate, bed rail, and high chairs.

The Town of Bethany Beach is known as 'The Quiet Resort', and downtown Bethany is a short bike ride from this home, where you'll find a Boardwalk, beach shops and restaurants People often walk or bike down to get ice cream, Boardwalk fries, Grotto's Pizza, Fishers Popcorn, Candy Kitchen. Excellent restaurants nearby include Blue Coast, 14 Global, DiFebo's, Sunshine Crepes, Sedona, Matt's Fish Camp, Parkway, Five Guys, Mango's, Cottage Cafe, Big Chill Beach Club, and so many more.

Ocean Village is coded as a medium residential neighborhood by Sussex County; therefore, this home can only be rented to family groups. No weddings!

Parking: Max 8 vehicles are limited to park in the driveway.
