This house has it all! Great location with private beaches that are spectacular, stocked house with all the beach essentials, close to everything. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed staying at this lovely home!

Amazing vacation house and great location

My family of consisting of 12 adults and 4 teens had such a great weekend here. There house was amazing. Very clean lots of activities and accommodations. Would absolutely stay again.

Great family vacation

This was our third year in a row renting Doug's property and it was perfect! Great location, great accommodations, fully equipped with bikes, chairs, appliances, etc. We had a fabulous week!

Great stay in Bethany

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Easy booking and check in and out, timely communication with Doug, and the property had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic three night getaway! Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby, and of course the beach and ocean just steps away!!

So good, we came back for more!

This home has the ideal location for beach access, ideal layout for everyone to have their own space, and an ideal kitchen/family room for everyone to gather. Plus Doug has everything you can imagine to enjoy your stay.

Great beach house!

This beach house was wonderful. It was spacious, steps from the beach, and had tons of amenities. The elevator was incredibly useful for some of our less mobile guests.Doug was a responsive and helpful host. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

Awesome house, with all you need for the beach

The house was fantastic with very nice large bedrooms. We loved the house and loved that they have all the towels and beach gear you could need! Just a 1 minute walk to the beach

Everything was perfect and as advertised. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortably spacious, the house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could think of. Everyone loved the bikes and family games. The owner was very responsive and made checkIn and out so easy. The location was ideal with the beach steps away. Things rarely go as planned but this trip did. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic House!!

Our family rents VRBO houses frequently but I have to say this house is the most well equipped, most comfortable, most up to date and the best house for lots of people. Really close to the beach and so private. We all loved our stay! Thanks Doug!

We had a great week. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the linen service. There were lots of beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s a short walk to the beach. Overall excellent!

Perfect family getaway

We could not have asked for a better place to get our family together! We had plenty of room, the kitchen was amazing! We had one person that was unable to walk due to surgery so the elevator was definitely a plus. The owner was very responsive and we would highly recommend this property. Definitely 5 stars!

Beautiful location and house

The house is amazing. It’s clean, well stocked, great location, and we really appreciated the private beach. The house is super close to the ocean! Owners were quick to answer questions, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again! Thanks so much.

Best Location Possible

The house was more than spacious. The balconies all worked well for outside time. The inside great room was great to gather at night. The best part of this house was its location to the beach, like 100 feet!!! As a cherry on top only maybe 35 or 40 minutes to ocean city for a day trip!!!

Stunning House in Every Way!

We had the best time and felt totally at home in this house. Plenty of room and even closer to the beach than we had thought. So many bikes to use and things around the house that made the stay feel so comfortable. All the linens felt very clean. Everything felt high end which was an added bonus. Cannot wait to go back!

Great family vacation

We had a fantastic week with our group of 17. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and the proximity to the beautiful private beach can't be beat. Doug was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very well equipped for everything you might need during your stay. Plenty of extra blankets, coffee makers, etc. Great week, thanks again!

Weekend with the Bethany Babes!

Great house, we are a group of women who have been coming to the beach for 34 years during the last weekend in September. We have had the delightful pleasure of staying in many beautiful homes in the Bethany Fenwick area. This one tops them all. Location, comfort, furnishings. We loved it.

Fabulous House!!

We had a family gathering at this wonderful beach house. The kitchen has everything that you need. We loved having the grill on the deck outside the kitchen. A beautiful neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and garage filled with beach chairs, bikes and toys. Very good communication with the host. I highly recommend this house for your next trip to Bethany Beach!

Beautiful House - Clean and Spacious

My family gathered at this beautiful house for a reunion and what a great time we had! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from appliances to dishes and utensils. The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds. We had a rainy day but we were entertained by the assortment of games provided by the owner. This house gives off the feeling of being well cared for by the owner. We will be back again next year!

Absolute memorable Stay!

Our family, a group of 6 different households totalling 21 when all are present . Rent homes around the country for Christmas: Fla,Texas, North Carolina, Maryland and Delaware. And we all voted this house as our best! Doug , the owner was the best host! He was constantly in contact with me ,ensuring that we we satisfied and well taken care of. The home is very, very spacious and very well stocked! And to top it off it's a 2-3 minute walk to the beach! Incredible!

Great start to 2022

Upon arrival I noticed how breathtaking the area was as well as the home. The owner was on top of everything from sending detailed emails with all the information to giving us suggestions to restaurants in the area. The home was spotless and very clean. It is stocked with just about anything you would need for your stay. The description doesn’t do justice to how great this house is. We had a wonderful stay and my dealings from rental to owner was wonderful. 100% would rent again if going to that area. Lots to do there too!

Thank you for the kind response. I worked really hard to equip the house with all the amenities a 8 bedroom house would need at the beach. I designed the house myself including my Favorite Outside surf board shower! So, kool to have a refreshing outside shower after coming off the beach!
