This charming home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (All Tubs are soaking tub ONLY), comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The fully stocked kitchen includes all necessary cookware, a coffee machine, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses, and more, making it ideal for both cooking and baking.

The living room is designed for relaxation, equipped with a propane gas fireplace perfect for cozy nights watching Netflix. Each room is fitted with smart TVs offering access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps.


Outdoor amenities include a large wrap-around deck with a gas grill and ample seating. Additionally, there is a tranquil sitting area with a fire pit under the trees, making it a perfect spot for entertaining family and friends.
Parking is available for a maximum of four cars.

All guests must be registered at the office to enter the main gate. A list with names, addresses, and phone numbers must be provided 5 days prior to check-in.
No loud or unreasonable noise after 10:30 PM.
Respect neighbors by not playing loud music.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Do not leave garbage outside to prevent attracting rodents and wild animals.
All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near Mill Pond Townhome before check-out to avoid community fines (a community map will be provided for reference).

Hosts are great, very responsive. The community is amazing, as well. We loved the huge deck and spacious living room. The kitchen is stocked with enough of everything to cook and serve to 10 people. The men in our group enjoyed the extra firm beds, the rest of us loved the super soft, comfy couch! Byo pillows and eye masks- the windows are barely covered in the bedrooms, and the pillows are almost as firm as the beds.

The house was nicer than pictured. Very open and comfortable. The host was super receptive and check in/out information was very clear. The house was very well appointed and fit 12 of us comfortably. The house is beautifully decorated. It's cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I stayed for two nights with my friends and had a wonderful experience. Nice Place for Family Gatherings

We were celebrating my 60th birthday with our adult children and grandchildren. It was a lovely property. Some of the nice features were the large windows/ skylight with lots of natural sunlight, the scenic woodsy view, the wraparound deck, the fire pit and the large bathtub with jets. Some minor maintenance/ upkeep was needed, such as replacing blinds with missing slats, cleaning the top of the refrigerator andreplacing the c drain cover in the shower

Great family trip

This was our second time to Saw Creek, first time to this house. The home was clean and spacious. This was perfect being a family with older children. A bright and cozy open floor plan to be together, and private rooms to retreat to. Morning coffee on the deck watching deer, fire pit at night, perfect. The host was communicative, and provided helpful information both online and in the home binder. We really like this community for the amenities, peaceful relaxation time, and you’re not far from other places to enjoy in the Poconos.

The house is very spacious, with everything you need to cook.

The house in general is nice and spacious, the pool is very close to the house , we had a great time! the kitchen has all the basics to cook, if you bring your own pantry, but in particular I have to mention that the people in charge (The cleaners ) are not doing their job well, since I myself had to wash the bathtub in the master bedroom to be able to use it because it was dirty, we had to vacuum the living room and we also found dirt in the kitchen, which was I let the host know at the time, who was always responsible for answering all my questions. With everything already mentioned, we had a pleasant weekend. Thank you.
