It was so wonderful with all the windows! The only thing we really didn’t enjoy was the couch and chairs weren’t the most comfortable overall wonderful place to stay!!

I was very particular this trip bc my mother, who is handicapped, was coming with us. Our unit was very spacious, perfect for her to get around with her walker. Plus the shower had strong rails, and a seat in the shower. It was also beautiful and accessible to the beach, where she could sit on the patio and watch her grandchild play.My only complaint is they didn't sweep or mop before we arrived. Like I said, I'm particular so I feel they just didn't noticed the small spots. But after cleaning up a small mess on the floor, we couldn't unsee it. Honestly, it's not a deal breaker for me, and we will definitely stay here again. So great!!!

The wrap around balcony with doors to 2 bedrooms is nice. 2 king beds is nice. TV in every bedroom is nice but we had trouble getting the one in the master to work. Kitchen is nicely appointed with all appliances but no hand soap no salt no pepper seems unusual. AC worked fine. Beach access was easy. Stairwell and parking lot had a little trash. Washing machine lid would not unlock after cycle and rental service agent was not the actual host/owner and could not walk me thru how to remedy. She said a maintenance man would come the following morning but that was our checkout day with wet clothes trapped in the washer so I had to disassemble it myself. Not a huge deal but not what I wanted to have to do.

Perfect for 5 adults, incredible view.

First impression was how clean everything was. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the view from the wrap-around balcony was incredible. We all enjoyed our stay and each of us stated they would like to stay at this same unit again.

Pros: pet friendly, beach view and private access to the beach. Cons: plenty of faulty in the rooms, the main kitchen area appeared clean but the headboards in our rooms, walls, baseboards, and floors were all very dirty. I spent the first day wiping everything down because it was really that bad. This place needs a serious deep cleaning, not worth my money in this case. The blinds were off the hinges which they did come to fix but the towel racks were hanging from the wall and maintenance told us that it’s been broken for a while. The stove was broken at the bottom. There were dust mites. Thick dust on the walls and in the vents. In our showers there was either mold of just very thick dirt from not being cleaned. They only provided one trash bag so be sure to pack trash bags. I tried to enjoy my trip anyway but really regret booking here.

Condo was just as described! Very clean and well supplied! Souther vacation rental company is the absolute best!! Communication is for anything needed etc is above and beyond always! Second time renting with them and they are great!! Only issue we had was not with them but with silver beach and as usual one elevator went down. It’s every year we are there(5th year) but this time it was back up in 24 hours which was a huge improvement!

Everything was great, only complaint that didn’t give it a 5 star was the refrigerator went out, the management staff was great about the situation, just the owner of condo took to long to replace in time for us to enjoy having a refrigerator so we had to use coolers…I would have left a lower star and bad review, but on the way home they offered a refund which wasn’t enough to cover the food that spoiled but was better than nothing…other than that the place was a good place to stay

Summer Vacay

We loved the condo overall. Floors were very sandy upon our arrival. View and balcony amazing. Sliding glass doors are difficult to slide and very noisy. Dryer is not hot and is very noisy, doesn't dry clothes.

We have looked into the dryer and resolved the issue as well as made a note to be extra diligent when it comes to the floors and bringing the beach home. In regards to the balcony door however, this is the case with most units on the beach as it provides an extra safety measure for small children. Views are amazing!

Absolutely love this condo! Great location! And the views made up for anything less than perfect in the condo. A few things that need updating—silverware, pots and pans and main TV (didn’t use the bedroom TV). Couldn’t get YouTube TV to load so no streaming. Cable the condo offers just well, sucks. Won’t keep us from coming back though! Unless it’s football season!!

Silver Beach 701

The condo is in a great location & the views are BEAUTIFUL!!! The cleanliness could use an upgrade!! The floors were dirty my grandson’s hands & feet were black from just crawling on the floor!!! I had to clean the floors before we moved our stuff in. Then some of the utensils in the kitchen had to be rewashed. Other than those 2 issues it was AMAZING!! I LOVED the wrap around balcony.

Room 701 Silver Beach Review

The vents in the bathroom were filthy we reported the same issue last year . We told them to clean after we left. I submitted a ticket for the bulb being out under the microwave. They came and replaced it. Then we reported tissues with two bedroom TVs. They came and replaced one. But it was a good experience thank you

Nice but…

The floors weren’t cleaned. Bottom of our feet were always black and dirty. I washed them myself but it didn’t help. Coffee pot worked only half the time. Need to invest in a better coffee pot. Condo was nice and great beach and convenience location.

But for being locked out...

Locked out on arrival and no response from property manager during our entire stay almost put a damper on fun in the sun:( But for Kevin Howard the on-site property supervisor we would still be awaiting entry:) Thanks Kevin! Other than this...we had a blast...nice clean corner unit with spacious balconies offering unbelievable views. We loved the layout of the unit which felt much larger than 1100 sqft. Adequate parking, puppy friendly except not welcomed on beach, beautiful beach & friendly people within walking distance of markets, shopping & restaurants.

Worst Vacation Experience

First the elevators weren’t working- at all- I have double knee replacements- we were on the 7th floor. Then the door would work and we couldn’t get in. I was told someone would come by that night- no one did- 2 full days and nights of an unsecure front door - and staying in the unit while my family went to the beach. When I asked for a refund- I was told I was out of luck - I will never stay with this company again and hate this was the worst vacation experience ever
