In Cecina Mare in a beautiful and pleasant residential complex is located this terraced house with private garden near the sea, accessible by country roads with little traffic. Ideal as a starting point to explore the coast and the surrounding hills with characteristic hamlets. Fenced garden to relax, equipped porch and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. Your pets are welcome. The bike can be placed in a sheltered area of the cottage and is ideal to reach the beach and the beautiful pine forest that runs along Marina di Bibbona, while for those who choose to make the short trip by car (about 1200 m) will find free parking along the road that runs along the pine forest. Cecina and Marina di Cecina offer stores, various services, amusements for children, activities and events that enliven the summer. Main distances: 40 km Livorno and Volterra, 64 km Pisa, 70 km San Gimignano, 115 km Florence. A spiral staircase leads to the attic. Access via 150 m of gravel road. Two private parking spaces are located next to the garden and overlook the street in the residence. In front of the entrance gate of the residence is another large parking lot.
