Upon entering the villa you're just in the middle of the living area flooded with light and with an idyllic view on the water. You have a beautiful view to the canal while enjoying privacy in the lanai area. The spacious living area is equipped with a modern large flat-TV, a state-ofthe-art kitchen with counter with all amenities, as well as a dining area. Music fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station or your individual playlist all over the house and the pool area.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom has an idyllic view over the pool area and the water. From there, you have a direct access to the pool area. Both guest rooms are spacious and have a walk-in closet providing travelers with sufficient storage space as well as a private bathroom with double sink and shower. The bathroom also has a direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired (please bring your capsules). The whole villa is equipped with tiles which is ideal for allergy suffers.

Enjoy breakfast with the first rays of sunshine in the beautiful lanai area. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and is the perfect place to relax. The heated pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. The water feels very soft and comfortable on the skin. Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a large BBQ.

The villa is located in top location in the popular South West of Cape Coral. Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations / pavilions and a children's playground is directly adjacent to the villa. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants, ice cream parlor, evening live music and much more is only a stone’s throw away and always worth a visit. Publix and several restaurants are in walking distance.
A crib and a high-chair are available for families with children.


In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
