Great place with a very pretty view. Kids had plenty of space to play downstairs. We would book again. Note that the driveway is steep and with the snow it was a bit challenging to get out.
Had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Lots of space for the entire family to enjoy their time. Only 5 minutes from Trollhaugen.
Really cool cabin with lots of space. Could use more cozy furniture and blankets for a more “hygge” feel in the winter. It was very cold the weekend we were there. All basic necessities were provided. Overall a lovely stay. Would love to see what it’s like in the summer!

The property was beautiful - extremely clean and plenty of space for us. Well appropriated with towels, bedding, kitchen needs. Lovely location on lake. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
This beautiful cabin style house was the perfect place to get away and relax. The walk down to the lake is beautiful. The house was well kept. Would definitely recommend a stay!
Perfect location for our sibling trip, beautiful location and cabin. The driveway took some getting used to, be aware it’s a steep drive down to house and garage. Sunset on the deck was amazing.
Our stay at this Wisconsin cabin was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and peaceful seclusion. The setting is absolutely stunning—nestled among towering trees with just the right amount of privacy, yet still conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. And to top it off, Trollhaugen ski slopes we're just a few minutes away with easy access. The cabin itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen that made meals easy and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living space was warm and inviting—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. What really set this place apart was the atmosphere. Mornings with coffee on the deck, evenings by the fire, and the quiet sounds of nature all around made it feel like a true getaway. Whether you’re looking to unwind, spend quality time with family, or explore the surrounding area, this cabin delivers. The host was also fantastic—responsive, helpful, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience. We’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rentals over the years, and this one stands out as one of the best. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Wisconsin.
Had a great time staying at the Lodge at Lotus lake for a ski trip with 2 families. The lodge was very clean and well stocked and wasvery convenient to Trollhaugen. We hope to come back and check it out in the summer as well.
Absolutely loved staying here the pictures didn't do it justice. We absolutely loved everything about this place but what put it over the top for my kids was in the in floor heating.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay some time in the area.
Stayed 3 nights during holiday season with kids and grandchildren. Everyone loved the cozy feel to the cabin. Beds were comfy. Kitchen great for lots of cooking with family. Fireplace was awesome! Close to Trollhaugen for tubing and skiing.
Cool log home with a very comfortable feel. Space was good with family get together. Very clean with updated bathrooms and family room downstairs. Kitchen/dining room area was a very good space for having family together.
The property was beautiful and very spacious and we enjoyed our time there. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the wildlife. We saw an eagle diving for fish off the end of the dock and a mama deer and her two babies made multiple appearances. It's nicely located near multiple wineries and Taylors Falls. Highly recommend the Lodge at Lotus Lake for a relaxing getaway.

Thank you Cindy for your review! You and your sisters are welcome back anytime!
The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, essentials. The decorating and cozy feeling is felt throughout the lodge. The pre-teen and young teen really enjoyed the foosball table, games, etc. Overall, a great place to stay.
I was impressed of the comfort and detail of the cabin. In floor heating on the main level was very comfortable for our winter stay. Property owners where very nice and easy to communicate with. Great view of the lake and quite neighborhood. We will be back in the summer for another stay. Thank you
We were thrilled to find this gem for a winter getaway for our family! The cabin is exactly what's pictured and the beds are comfortable - which is rare. We made every meal in the kitchen, snowshoed during the day, and played games in the evening. Amber responded to my messages quickly and was very helpful. Everything was perfect and you won't be disappointed!
Nice little reprieve for a couple days. Quiet and clean. Was there to sleep, not hangout. Many things to do, 10-20 minutes drive time in any direction.
Amazing time skiing, hiking, cooking, games and generally carrying on with family. The heated floors cozy up the place quickly. We loved the beds, bidets and eagle sightings. Great space to gather. Definitely needed 4WD to get out during an ice storm. We’re already talking about next year.
