About this property

Idyll im Grünen in Bad Alexandersbad mit großer Terrasse und Garten

Unser Idyll wurde komplett renoviert und im Schlafzimmer sowie Wohnzimmer neu eingerichtet. Bad und Küche erhalten den "Charme" vergangener Tage, sind aber natürlich voll funktionell und entsprechend eingerichtet. Als Besonderheit wollen wir die in der kompletten Ferienwohnung befindliche Fussbodenheizung nennen (außer Schlafzimmer), die eigene großzügige 40 qm Terasse mit Grill, Sonnenschirm & Sitzgarnitur sowie der eigene, asphaltierte PKW Stellplatz mit anschließendem separatem Hauseingang. Unsere Gäste dürfen sich auf der Terasse sowie dem unteren Gartenbereich wohl fühlen und haben im gesamten Wohnbereich Zugang zum W-LAN (2.4G und 5G). Grillkohle & Getränke können gegen separate Gebühr bereit gestellt werden. Wir heißen unsere Gäste grundsätzlich bei Ankunft willkommen und stehen auch sonst für Fragen oder Auskunft zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man normalerweise in einer Ferienwohnung nicht unbedingt vorfindet. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Das Dorf und die ganze Umgebung sind äußerst gepflegt und einladend gestaltet. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Ideal für zwei Personen. Die Küche mag zwar etwas klein sein und doch ist sie völlig ausreichend. Wir haben uns eine Woche selbst versorgt, perfekt. Über Lokalitäten können wir dementsprechend keine Auskunft geben. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, direkt am Waldrand. Wanderungen in alle Richtungen sind von hier aus möglich. Obwohl der Vermieter mit im Haus wohnt ist das nicht negativ zu bewerten. Im Gegenteil. Der Kontakt war so herzlich, dass wir gerne wieder kommen.

Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung in idyllischer Lage. Die Einrichtung wurde gegenüber der Anzeige nochmals erneuert. Alles sehr schön. Dazu ist das Gastgeberpaar super nett. Kann man nur empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank. Für nächstes Jahr schon geplant.
