- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- All reservations are subject to approval by owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hr for confirmation.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted. The garage has low clearance and may not be able to accommodate larger trucks or SUV's.
- This home has smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door area / driveway and the meadow off the back deck. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have air conditioning.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

- No Gas, Wood or Charcoal BBQ Grills or Fire Pits allowed per Placer County STR Ordinance. The BBQ is not useable and is locked due to STR Ordinances.
