This charming Northstar mountain home offers the perfect Tahoe experience! Enter the mudroom from the front door - extensive shelving allows plenty of room to store shoes, boots, coats, beach towels, etc. From the entry, take the stairs to the top level where the Great room, dining area, and well appointed kitchen with island are located. Huge picture windows in the Great room frame the gorgeous forest and golf course views. The vaulted wood ceilings and the river rock wood burning fireplace encourage relaxation as you enjoy the view from this beautiful tranquil setting. A den or 4th bedroom (this room has a door for privacy from the great room) and full bath are also located on this upper level. Barbecue or just relax on the spacious outdoor deck surrounded by trees just off the great room and den.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the lower level - each with its own bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bath. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a trundle (sleeps 4 total) with a bath off the hallway. The laundry is located conveniently on the lower level near the bedrooms.

Located in the Northstar California Resort, this home comes with free shuttle service to the ski lifts, Village, and Recreation Center. Just give them a call and be picked up in minutes at your driveway. This property offers access to the Northstar Recreation Center ($10 per person/per day). The Recreation Center provides a year round heated adult lap pool, several outdoor Jacuzzi's, a well-equipped expansive workout room, a game room with pool tables, air hockey, video games and much more. In the summer, guests will also enjoy the Junior Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, kid's camp, play area, basketball court and the Snack Shack.

Winter activities at Northstar Resort include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, ice skating rink,restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops, licensed daycare, and a movie theater.

Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis courts, tennis pro available for lessons, rolling skating rink, mountain bike trails including a chair lift to take you to the top.

Our Guests are only minutes away from North Lake Tahoe where you can enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, fishing, sightseeing or just enjoy relaxing at the Lake watching the kids skip rocks and play on the beach.
North Shore Casinos are 20 minutes away and offer gambling, dining and live music.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars. One car in the garage and three vehicles in the driveway. No street parking permitted per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
