Tucked among towering pines and overlooking the golf course, this inviting Northstar retreat is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and experience the best of Tahoe in every season.
Step inside and leave the outside world behind. The spacious great room welcomes you with soaring wood-beam ceilings, breathtaking forest views, and a stunning river rock fireplace that creates the perfect gathering place after a day of adventure. Whether you're sharing stories from the ski slopes, enjoying a family meal, or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee while watching the snow fall or the sun filter through the trees, this home was designed for making memories.
The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and expansive deck make it easy to spend quality time together. Surrounded by nature, the deck is the perfect place for summer barbecues, morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine beneath the pines.
With four comfortable sleeping areas and four full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. The upper level includes a private den or fourth bedroom, while the lower level features three additional bedrooms, including a bunk-style room perfect for kids.
Winter at Northstar
Imagine waking up to fresh snowfall and being on the mountain within minutes. Complimentary shuttle service takes you directly from your driveway to the ski lifts, Northstar Village, or Recreation Center.
Spend your days skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, or exploring the village shops and restaurants. Then return home to warm up by the fire, gather with loved ones, and watch the snow-covered forest glow outside your window.
Summer in Tahoe
When the snow melts, Tahoe transforms into an outdoor paradise. Enjoy championship golf, mountain biking, hiking trails, tennis, and Northstar's extensive recreation facilities. Just minutes away, Lake Tahoe offers endless opportunities for boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and beach days with family and friends.
Guests also have access to the Northstar Recreation Center, featuring pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities, games, and family activities throughout the year.

Bedroom Configurations:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + ensuite bath
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds + trundle (sleeps 4 total) with hallway bath
Bedroom 4/Den: Optional private sleeping space + full bath (upstairs)
Parking:
Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and 3 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking permitted per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* Smoking anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited and subject to a $300 fine.
* Pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
* While this home is not pet-friendly, the owners may have pets, so those with allergies/sensitivity should take notice.
* Please note that all outdoor furniture, including BBQ grills, are seasonal and not available during winter months. As a general rule they are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
* Due to the nature of mountain living, internet connectivity may be unreliable. Your personal hotspot can provide peace of mind if uninterrupted connectivity is crucial to your stay
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use.
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

County Ordinance Information:
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8
* Occupancy or noise violations may incur penalties of up to $10,000 per violation.
* Street parking is not allowed for short-term rental guests at any time. Use designated parking areas only. Violations may result in fines of $1,000 or more.
* Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000.
**These ordinances are strictly enforced by the county, and we do not have the authority to grant exceptions.

* Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation
* To prevent credit card fraud, ID verification will be requested upon booking
