Welcome to Coral Cove! Located in Corolla, restaurants, and attractions are just minutes away. You can also enjoy the large community pool and volleyball courts!

Come celebrate and experience OBX life as you chill out, unwind and de-stress. This condo will exceed your vacation expectations.

Layout:
- Open floor plan kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances
- Livingroom with great seating, a sleeper sofa and large smart TV

Bedroom 1:
- King bed, en suite full tiled bathroom.

Bedroom 2:
- King bed, en suite bathroom

Outdoor space:
- Beautiful semi-private patio with seating (not fully fenced in)
- Private hot tub (open all year!)
- Gas Grill
- Outdoor shower


Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 Beach towel, bath towel, hand towel, face towel and makeup towel.
- Beds will be made prior to arrival.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

Pool is available from Labor day to Memorial Day dependent on weather. If you're staying in either month please message us to confirm availability.

Dogs Allowed! (fee applies per dog. Sorry, no cats allowed)

Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.
Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign renter agreement. Minimum age to rent is 23 years old. $300 deposit HOLD is required.
Dog fee is per dog. Please keep your dog leashed at all times.
No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed indoors

The cottage was just as described. It was a great location to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool, and the pool towels that were provided was a plus. The living room rug and furniture could use a good cleaning or replacing, but otherwise the cottage is very nice and we were very comfortable.

Communication was so easy and quick with the host, the house was so cute and clean, and the hot tub was so perfect! The location was quiet and very close to beach access and the 4x4 access point. They provided us with plenty of items to last for our 4 day stay! The hot tub button was hard to push but it did work! We would 100% go back! We visited duck and went to donutz on a stick and went to lighthouse bagels! Our favorite food places for sure!

Everything was great, however I felt like the property could have been cleaner, I didn’t feel like the linens had been actually washed as they smelled of dirty hair, the shower liner was in need of being changed out and the floors could have used a good mopping. We would definitely stay here again though if these accommodations were met.

We had an awesome time at the condo! It was super nice and the host was really friendly and easy to chat with if we needed anything. We also loved using the hot tub and the location was perfect for going out.

Great getaway spot

Scott's condo was a great location for our Outer Banks getaway, and it was clean and beautiful - just as advertised in the photos. We are already looking forward to staying here for our next trip to the Outer Banks.

Excellent Stay

Very nice complex, hot tub was clean with privacy, pet friendly, sidewalks to walk pets along the main thoroughfare, could hear the sounds of the ocean early morning, would stay again and highly recommend it.

Great messaging/directions sent proactively before the start of our stay. The condo is in a great area and easy to get to everything you may need, while still maintaining peaceful Corolla charm. The condo itself was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable to be in. We all slept well and we loved being able to bring my dog on the little family road trip.
