About the Property

House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Find out why we are the best value in wine country... Our house is located in a quiet countryside setting, nestled between quaint villages and surrounded by vineyards and open pastures in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon region. We are a convenient 15 minutes from the historic town of Uzès, with its chic shops, shady streets, Michelin Star-rated restaurants, fantastic Saturday produce market and friendly people. 20 minutes to the South is the larger metropolitan town of Nimes, where you can experience the famous 'Marché des Halles' of Nimes, this is the daily fruit/veg/cheese/meat and other fresh, quality produce market. Nimes is a popular tourist destination for many reasons, most notably it is home to some of the worlds best-preserved and most historic Roman buildings and artifacts. Not to be missed is a visit to the Nimes arena, an ancient gladiator ring. The TGV train station in Nimes will bring you to and from Paris in 3 hours. The International Airport in Montpellier (1 hr from the house) provides easy access for international travelers. Another popular international airport, Marseille/Provence, is 1 hour and 1/2 from our location.

A short drive to Mediterranean beaches, we are about 1 hour by car to the Mediterranean coastline. This allows you to refresh and enjoy the splendor of the Mediterranean Sea and beaches, but be able to escape the crowds at the end of the day and return to the peace and quiet of Sainte Eulalie.

We have a private swimming pool installed in the backyard.
We are just 20 minutes drive from the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Le Pont du Gard, built shortly before the Christian era to allow the aqueduct of Nîmes (which is almost 50 km long) to cross the Gard river. The Roman architects and hydraulic engineers who designed this bridge, which stands almost 50 m high and is on three levels – the longest measuring 275 m – created a technical as well as an artistic masterpiece.

Garrigues-Ste. Eulalie village is a quiet communal area, with easy acces to local commerce...supporting the local economy is very easy here! We are 5 minutes to shops in village center (St. Chaptes), (boulangerie (the best in the area!), butcher, pharmacy, banks, restaurant and café, fresh fruit and vegetable open-air markets several times a week)
Garrigues-Ste. Eulalie itself is home to a corner store/boulangerie where you can find fresh baked breads, pastries, and everyday small-grocery needs. This mom & pop store is less than a mile from the house.

Fully furnished: Appliances, linens, kitchen supplies, etc.
More details about the house:
Fully furnished ; Kitchen, living room/dining room, storage area. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath.

The garden is private & spacious, maintained by a professional gardener. Ours is a gated property enclosed by an old stone wall. Private drive.

Keywords: Experience true country charm in our historic stone house nestled in the village of Sainte Eulalie, a picturesque hamlet just 15 minutes from the town of Uzès. Cool off in our private swimming pool. This is lavender, olive tree and wine country! Our house & property are well-equipped to welcome 6-8 people, making it a great destination for small friends/family groups.
This is a prime location for exploring all that the region has to offer. We're proud to be a short 20 minutes drive from the World Renowned UNESCO Heritage Site, Le Pont du Gard :

By car, we are 1 hr from the Mediterranean Sea, 1 hr to Cevennes Mtn. range, 1 hr from city of Montpellier, 45mins from Chateauneuf de Pape and Southern Rhone Valley vineyards...and much, much more to explore!
