Stylish 18th renovated village house

Close to the ravishing medieval town of Uzès, in a typical provencal village surrounded by vineyards, newly renovated 18th house marrying the authenticity of stone with a stylish contemporary aesthetic. Our 200sqm house is perfect for holidays with friends or family with its large double-height living room (65sqm) opening out to a shaded terrasse overlooking the garden. There are 4 bedrooms set around 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a nice bunkroom that can accomodate 4 persons, the other 3 rooms are equiped with queen size beds (160X200cm). There is a fifth room that is normally used as reading room, playroom and that is fitted with two twin beds if you reach 12 guests.
You can either enjoy the patio in front of the house or the garden with the swimming pool at its rear, protected by up to european safety standards fence and gate.If needed, safety children barrier for the stairs may also be provided. The region is rich in historical and beautiful sites to visit and outdoor activities to enjoy: Uzes and its saturday market is a must see, or le pont du Gard, the city of Nimes with its roman arena, Avignon... but also the lovely villages nearby that are very well worth a visit. for those who like more active vacations, try Collias where canoes, kayaks, bikes, river bathing await you. Wine amateurs may visit vineyards and wineries of the Uzes and cotes-du- Rhone area

Fabulous!

Our NZ family based themselves at this gorgeous house for a family wedding. The house is beautifully renovated with taste and flair. The pool was lovely to unwind around after such busy days. Thanks to Sophie the property manager who was nothing but professional and so helpful. Highly recommend.

Si la maison est belle en photo, elle est encore mieux en vrai. C'est un endroit tout à fait charmant, le village est paisible, proche d'Uzès et de Nîmes. La maison est belle, se prêtant parfaitement à un moment partagé entre amis. Aucune ombre au tableau, nous avons passé un super week-end.

Superb place to spend a holiday

With the whole family we spend a fantastic week in this. Located in a small village, the house offers high standard modern interior. The welcome at arrival was good. The village is located at 40' from Avignon, 30' from Nimes and Arles, so nearby top locations, whilst the house is situated in a calm and relaxing environment.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec nos amis, dans cette maison charmante et authentique. Cette maison est fonctionnelle, lumineuse. Il y a l'équipement nécessaire et même bien plus. De plus, la situation géographique de cette maison est idéale pour visiter différent sites(Pont du Gard, la bambouseraie, Nîmes, Uzès, musée d'une célèbre marque de confiserie!!!) etc... Un grand merci aussi pour la réactivité rapide des propriétaire avec des réponses précises à nos questions.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ensoleillé dans cette maison,qui allie le charme de l'ancien avec une décoration contemporaine et très actuelle.La maison est propre,très lumineuse,spacieuse,fonctionnelle et se situe au calme sans vis à vis.Le stationnement est très proche de la maison et reste pratique quand nous avons plusieurs véhicules à garer. Le village Uzès est proche (8km).C'est bien pratique,une boulangerie se situe à côté de la maison,dans le village;nous conseillons d'ailleurs pour les "gourmands" leurs fougasses aux fritons de porc et au fromage,c'est un régal pour accompagner un bon apéritif provençal sous le soleil.
