Graced by European antiques, Comfy amenities, and accommodations Chateau Coralini offers a gloriously remodeled historic mansion in one of the world’s most desired destinations.
Nestled in Las Palmas Ranch, a peaceful and private gated community with security at the entrance. You will be surrounded by hills, parks, and trails for cycling, running, or hiking at your disposal. Please be respectful to the Neighbors. The estate is nestled within the original 8,444 acres of Rancho Buena Vista.
WE DO NEED A CREDIT CARD TO KEEP ON FILE FOR INCIDENTAL & COLLECT THE COUNTY TAX AMOUNT OF 10.5% & MONTEREY COUNTY TOURISM DISTRICT TAX of $1 PER NIGHT BEFORE WE GIVE ACCESS. GUEST WILL BE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE CC INFO BEFORE CHECK_IN.
-Turn OFF heaters/AC and lights upon checkout.
-No parties, events, or loud groups unless otherwise authorized. If excessive noise or disturbance occurs resulting in notification by neighbors or security, all guests will be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the reservation and security deposit.
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property (unless approved). $50 extra per guest, per day, for every guest after 20 guests.
In the past, there have been issues with guests inviting people over who are not authorized to be on the property. For this reason, we have cameras to ensure no parties are held on the premises. The security deposit and reservation will be forfeited and all guests will be asked to vacate the property in the event that there are unregistered guests on the property at any time during the rental period.
-Maximum occupancy is 20 persons. Includes children of any age.
-No third-party catering unless otherwise authorized and insurance is provided or security deposit will be forfeited.
-Please do not rearrange furniture or decorations.
-No smoking inside the home.
-No pets
-Leave the home in the same condition it was found. You will be responsible for any damage or loss to the property and the furniture and will be charged the amount of repair/replacement.
-No fire indoors, candles are for decoration only.
-Enjoy your stay and don’t hesitate to ask questions.

Gates displaying our company identity lead guests to an enclosed secure parking lot and provide exclusivity to the chateau. Some rooms offer views of the gardens. Upstairs, the hallways are wide, offering comfortable and open areas for guest passage, as they connect the bedroom suite wings.
